TW: SMUT!!!
*Annabella's POV *
-•- 4 weeks later -•-
Sat in the dark potions room in front of Snape, I glanced around the room, avoiding all eye contact and shifting underneath his cold gaze. I had been in my third fight of the week by that point and to say he was angry would be an understatement. A Ravenclaw girl was lying in the hospital wing because of this one and her parents were on Snape's case about seeing me get some punishment. I just hoped that the girl knew she would be back in the hospital wing almost as soon as she gets out because of that.
"I hope you understand the severity of the situation, Miss Riddle."
"Oh, allow it Sev, she started it. I just so happened to finish it... and I'll finish them every time someone dares to think they can talk like that to me!" I sneered back at him.
"Ah, there it is... the self-entitlement that's been installed into you by the Malfoys!" He jeered, I just huffed in return as he continued, "You know, you are turning out to be more like your father and Lucius every day?"
"Never compare me to those two ever again! I am nothing like them!" I was getting angrier by the second.
How dare he? I'm nothing like those monsters! They hurt without cause or reason... I at least have proper justification!
"I hate to say it Bella, but you are. Just take a good look in the mirror, because while on the outside you look different... inside is a completely different story." Sev stated, leaving me fuming.
"Oh fuck off!"
"Watch your language young lady!" He pushed his chair back and stood up, hands on the desk, looming over me. "You are in enough trouble as it is! Do you really want to be in more? Don't think that I won't hesitate to contact your family, Annabella!"
"Go on then! I'm sure they'll be on my side and you know that... It was only a small fight anyway, nothing major!"
"You broke her spine?!" He raised an eyebrow as he shouted in disbelief.
"And I'll give her an equally painful pair of broken legs if she dares to even look at me again!" I retorted also matching his stood position.
It had only been three weeks back at school and as quickly as I thought things would be perfect, they started to crumble. The only good thing is I managed to patch things up with the pink professor -who's name I later learned was Dolores Umbridge and that she worked at the Ministry. She despised Potter and all his friends which made lessons with her quite fun as she dished out detentions like candy on Halloween. But the rest of school was purely torturous; all the teachers talked about was OWLs and I was so tired of it, the overload of information, the rumours, the stress, the fact I constantly had to keep up pretences and appearances. And all that resulted in, was me getting into fights and arguments. Although, Draco and I managed to talk things out about the summer and Pansy. He was surprisingly accepting of my bisexuality and agreed to let me have time to experiment while we were still together. I told him it was okay for him to see other girls if he wanted but he decided against it.
I began to march my way out of the potions classroom and got to the door just as it slammed in my face.
"Sit back down this instant!" Snape bellowed. "The Headmaster is on the way."
"Like Albus is going to do anything? He doesn't scare me... he's too sweet." I rolled my eyes. While I hadn't spent a lot of time with the professor recently -for obvious reasons considering he's on potters side- from what I remember, he was funny, charismatic and caring. In fact, I don't think I could imagine the Headmaster ever shouting at someone.
