It's the day of your audition.
You were dressed in a simple black mesh shirt with a simple black wired bra. You put on a pair of loose-fitting jeans and Chelsea Ankle boots.
You had your hair in knotless braids and a half up half down swoop style. You were in the back of your limo and texted your parents about what was happening.
You were telling them about the audition and how big of a deal it was. They seemed pretty happy for you and gave you good luck.
The limousine came to a stop, and you felt your heart sinking. "ready?" Kim said smiling and turning. She had on a lavender pantsuit with black strappy heels.
"no... i'm gonna go though" You said and your driver got out. The door opened for you, and you thanked him as you got out.
"it's gonna be okay, crush the competition with your talent. i'll be in the waiting area if you need me." Kim said placing a firm hold onto your shoulders.
"Kim..." You said unsure.
"are you punking out?" She flatly asked.
"no! i just don't want to be embarrassed" You said grinning. "but i'm going. here, take my phone." You said handing it to her.
She placed it in her pocket, and you headed toward to large glass doors. She was close behind you and you were greeted by someone in the front.
"hello! are you here for the audition?" A woman dressed in all gray asked.
"yes" Kim said.
"name?" She asked while clicking on her tablet.
"(Y/N) (L/N)" You said. She also asked you for your ID and you hand it to her. She checked it and gave it back along with a number tag.
"alright, your audition in to the fourth floor of the building in room 4b. wear this and give them your name" You nodded and walked to the elevator with Kim.
The place was nice, it was a modern feel with splashes of color here and there. The doors slide open and you both walk to the room.
You see about 4 other rooms and they're full of people standing around and talking.
"i wonder if they're auditioning for different people in each room" Kim said.
"probably. and it could be something different on other floors" You said. You looked above and saw that the door had 4b above.
You opened the door and there were three other girls inside. They were all beautiful and dressed like they were about to go to an expensive restaurant.
Now, not only did your skin tone make you stand out, but your clothes too.
"welcome! name?" J Hayashi asked. You did your best to contain your excited smile.
"(Y/N) (L/N)" You said.
"pretty name for a pretty girl" He smiled. You thanked him and he scribbled something onto his notebook.
"okay ms (L/N). just get comfortable over there with the other ladies, the audition starts in a few minutes" she said. You nodded and walked away.
The girls in the room were looking at you and talking lowly to each other. You sighed and Kim came to stand beside you.
"think they're talking shit?" She asked looking at them.
"probably, but i don't give two fucks" You chuckled.
"i didn't follow you because J thought i was auditioning" She said. " could you imagine me.... acting?" She asked.
