Chapter 12

You awaken feeling heavy. Your eyes were puffy and stuck together with dried tears. You groan and use your finger to pry your eyelids open. 'is that the shower running?' You think.

Your body finally decided to partially cooperate and assist you in sitting up. A big arm was draped over your stomach, making it harder than it was for you to sit up.

You toss Toji's arm off of you in a quick motion and stretch. When you stood up, your legs weren't helping you balance, and the parts of your body that you laid on were strangely cold. You take a look at the bed and notice that it's damp all over.

You sit on your bed and roll your head around. You instantly regretted it though once your head began to ache. You closed your eyes tight and rested a hand on your forehead.

You hear a loud and low groan, followed by the shuffling of covers. You quickly get up, and quirky rush your way to the bathroom.

The water in the shower wasn't the hottest since it'd been on, but it sufficed. Your head had a painful, straining pulse feeling to it all of a sudden.

You groaned and leaned against the shower wall for support. "i shouldn't have drank all of that.." You groan. Though you couldn't lie, it was kind of worth the thrill.

You finish in the shower and walk out with only your towel on you. You pick up one of your bags and aggressively dig through in search of some pain killers.

You find the bottle and take two pills out. "are those painkillers?" Toji asks. You hum in agreement and turn to see him sitting on the edge of the bed, head in his hands. "can i get one... i have a killer headache.." He says.

You hand him the bottle and made a walk to the mini-fridge. You get out an 8 oz water bottle and chug it. You sigh in relief after feeling the cool liquid travel down your throat.

The sudden realization that your phone might be dead made you shuffle back to your bed. You draw the covers back in search of the missing device but don't see it. You make a wave with the covers and watch your poor phone fly through the air and land on the floor.

You sigh and grab it, plugging it in. Toji gets up and walks into the bathroom, closing the door behind him. You quickly throw on a full-coverage black tube top and paired it with some grey shorts and black socks.

You quickly get under the covers to shield yourself from the bright light that was probably making your headache worse.

You take the phone under as well and wait for it to light up. You close your eyes and try to wait for the painkiller to kick in. After a few seconds, you feel your phone vibrate.

There were many messages and calls from Kim and a few texts from Nina. Kim was telling you about how you need to wake up and get your day started. You texted her back saying that you need to talk to her when she picks you up. She said she'll arrive at 8pm for you.

That was great news for you; it meant that you'd have the opportunity to take a nap or get some more free food. You said okay and smiled to yourself at the relaxation you were to get.

"hey, i just ran out of bodywash. could i borrow some?" Toji says. You peek your head out of the covers and point to the bag that wield your wash. He walked over to it and you put the covers back over your head.

You closed your eyes and stayed that way for about 20 minutes. You were ready to take a nap but the nap wouldn't take you. You sigh, highly irritated.

You get up and put your slides on. You leave the door of the room cracked and quickly go to the vending machine. You picked out a few good meals and a fruity drink.
