Disaster Date Part 1

Evangeline's POV

"Gabriel I... I would love to go on a date with you" I said blushing furiously. His face lit up and a grin spread on his face as big as the Cheshire Cat. He grabbed me into a hug and spun me around. I squealed and he laughed before putting me down.

"Thank you Eva, you don't know how much this means to me" he whispered in my ear while hugging me to his body. I shivered and hugged him back tightly.

I looked over his shoulder and laughed when I saw his mother and father in one window and his siblings in the other,looking at our moment. When they saw that they were caught, they pretended to be interested in the stars. I laughed when baby Grant put his face on the window, making smushed funny faces. The twins followed and even Gavin started making funny faces on the window. When I couldn't stop laughing, Gabriel turned around and laughed with me. Shaking his head, he gave them a pointed look and they left the window. He then turned to me and apologized.

"I'm sorry, Eva. Their kind of crazy" he said and I laughed.

"Everyone needs a little crazy in their life" I said and he chuckled. He opened my door and we said goodbye to each other.

Suddenly, I couldn't wait until tomorrow.

Dream

I slowly applied pressure to the floor board. It creaked slightly and I held my breath. I listened and waited to see of anyone took notice. If my sisters caught me, all hell would would break loose.

Slowly but surely, I opened my window and crawled out. Since I was the youngest of 5 sisters, I received the room right across from my parents on the first floor. My sisters saw this as a hindrance while I saw it as an advantage.

Hands made their way to my waist and I immediately knew who it was. We walked away from my house as quietly as we could. As soon as we were at the Great Oak tree, on the far edge of the property, I stopped and sobbed into his shoulder.

"Luke, I don't know what we're going to do. They're planning something big and they won't tell what it is. All I know is that it involves your family and the twilight moon" I said and he rubbed my back soothingly.

"It's okay Love, we'll figure this out" he said and I sobbed harder.

"Luke, we're running out of time. I know we are" I said and he sat me down on his lap. My sleeping gown pooling around us. I laid my head under his chin and he continued to rub my back. Tears continued to fall. I couldn't lose him. I just couldn't lose the man I loved.

"Delilah Love, we'll figure this out and stop those wicked sisters of yours. And once we do, I'll put a ring on that pretty little finger of yours and we'll have a bunch of little Green's running around until they drive us nuts" he said and I giggle. I felt him grin against me before he pulled back and kissed me. We broke apart and he laid his forehead against mine. I grabbed his head and pecked his cheek.

"I Love You, Lucas Xavier Green. Nothing will EVER stop me from loving you. Not my parents, not our friends, and certainly not my crazy wicked sisters. Just know that whatever happens, don't EVER forget that" I said and he crushed me to his body.

I relished in the fact that this might be my last night with him. He was my heart and soul. I just hope that whatever my sisters do, he'll still love me the same.

I woke up and gasped for breath. Sweat was pouring down my face and back.
