Kacey is five years old now and Collin is three years old. Collin looks like his dad with his mom's eyes. Kacey kept true to her promise to learn to love her little brother. Now they play together all the time. Jughead and Betty had to remind Kacey to be gentle with Collin from time to time.

"Remember Kacey, he's not as big as you are. You need to be gentle with him." They would say. Kacey always tried to gentle with Collin. She loved being a big sister.

Kacey is now in kindergarten at Riverdale Elementary. She's going to all-day kindergarten. She always comes home tired because she's not used to going to school all day every day.

Collin is in preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it was the same schedule that it was for Kacey as to who dropped Collin off and who picked him up.

Jughead was now working for the Riverdale broadcasting network. He was writing the stories that the reporters talk about on the televisions in the homes of Riverdale. Betty is one of those reporters so she always had to get to work early so that she could get ready to broadcast. Jughead always smiled when he saw her on the monitors at work. No matter where she was reporting, he was always able to see his beautiful wife doing her thing. He always felt so proud when he saw her on the monitors. Every time he would come home from work he would tell her how amazing she had done that day. She would always tell him that he had written a fantastic story even if the story had seemed mundane. But lately, something big was brewing in Riverdale. Both Jughead and Betty could feel it. They just didn't know what it was. Jughead was working on trying to get evidence for it so that Betty could talk about it so they could finally figure out what was going on. Jughead dug deep on the internet, going into the dark web if he had to. He checked out newspaper reports from the Register. He felt like whatever was going to happen was connected to Riverdale's past so he checked out as many history books about Riverdale as he could, even talking to some of the founding families of Riverdale, or talking to the elders of Riverdale. Betty was worried about Jughead doing all of this to figure out what was going on. She knew he was doing it for the good of the town but she didn't want him getting hurt in the process of getting information. Especially if he went to the Southside of town because people there could be really violent. If something happened to Jughead, Betty didn't know what she would do. She worried about how something happening to him would impact the kids. But she supported Jughead in his pursuit. She even did a little research of her own. She and Jughead would always compare notes about what they had found. Soon they began to realize that someone was plotting the destruction of the town. The only question was who was plotting it and why.

A/N:

I know this is short but I will do a longer chapter trying to figure out who is plotting this destruction, why they were plotting it, and how to stop it.
