"So," Tim said, "What do you want to do?" Marinette stared at him in stony silence, carrying on what would be the second day of silent treatment to everyone but Jason.
"Marinette you can't just ignore me forever." She just huffed and turned away in response.
Tim rolled his eyes at her antics. Sure, maybe he shouldn't have gone straight to Bruce once he figured out where she was hiding, and maybe they shouldn't have broken into their safe house, and maybe they shouldn't have drugged her and brought her back to the manor, but still.
Tim sighed and decided to change tactics.
"Look Marinette, we can't help you unless you talk to me."
"I don't need your help." Ha! That got her!
"Are you sure baout that? Because unless what happened in Paris was something you really wanted to happen, you need our help." That would have been enough to convince her, except that Tim was bitter and angry and needed someone to take it out on. And because all of his problems seemed to start when Marinette showed up, he subconsciously chose her as an outlet.
"You know, getting ostracized by your class, getting disowned, your boyfriend dying, remember any-Ow!" Tim found him self on the floor before he could even finish his sentance, being straddled by a girl who couldn't have more than 110 pounds, a knife pressed against his throat.
"If you ever, ever, say anything about my partner ever again, I will slit you your throat and watch you choke on your own blood," she hissed, "are we clear?"
Tim opened his mouth to saw yes, but before he could, Marinette was ripped off him by Damain, who shoved her back into the chair before dragging Tim out by his hair, much to both Marinette and Tim's protests.
