Y/n's POV

I woke up hearing noises below, I guess they're already in here huh.

I stretch first after sitting up, looking at the clock, jolting up I feel like my sleepiness suddenly disappearing.

I said to myself that I'm gonna take a nap but why did I sleep so long. Getting a new top clothes and also getting skirt I hurriedly go downstairs.

Seeing my mamá and older brother already preparing on going to the Madrigals house.

"Oh you're finally awake y/n, you're brother just planning on waking you up. Come on, we're leaving in a few minutes" she said rushing to me to give me a kiss on my forehead.

I head to the kitchen remembering that I will give the empanadas Dolores give "Téo! Have you seen the container with empanadas in it!" I said yelling at him, he really eat anything he sees on the table without having permission.

"It's on the top of one of the cabinets there! Just find it!" I replied yelled at him an 'okay' going to where the cabinet is and it's really there.

I get it going back to the loving room, saying to my brother since he's the only person in there that I'm going to Mariano's house to give something and wait for me.

He only give me a thumbs up not giving me any attention. I head outside walking down the streets, his house is house no so far before us.

Finally reaching there knocking on their door "Oh hey, y/n" I hum shoving the container on his chest.

"What's this?" He ask examining the container.

"It's an empanada, Julieta cooked it and Dolores said that give that to you. You can share that with your mother" he started eating one of it humming in the process.

"Thanks, you going to Madrigals house?" he asked I said 'yeah'. Saying goodbye to him before walking off.

"Y/n, let's get going!"

"Yeah, coming" I walk fast to my brother and mother who's waiting outside our house.

There's so many townspeople also walking towards the casita of Madrigals family. Kids running with a stick in their hands like fireworks.

While walking there we are also met by my cousin, Mariano with his mother, my mamá greeted them and they do likewise.

Matéo went to Mariano side to talk to him cause they're really close since their kids while I'm only one person here by myself.

When we finally reach the Casa Madrigal we are greeted by Camilo, who's greeting any people before entering the house.

"My sister is in her room just incase you want to see her" I nodded at that before he turn his attention to other visitors.

Even inside of the Casa Madrigal is beautiful, pink, purple and other color of flowers can be seen decorated everywhere.

I walk upstairs heading to Dolores room, knocking first before I enter her room and there she is at her bed, cover with blanket on top of her.

I go near her sitting at the side of her bed, she remove slightly the cover under her over her head seeing me.

She sits up smiling at me which I return back "Are you okay?" I stated caressing her hand softly.

"Yeah, it's just so loud outside" she said in a soft voice, moving closer to her trying to give some comfort.

When she notice what I'm trying to do she also move closer to me after that she rest her head onto my chest, caressing her soft curly hair.

She slowly relax on me, the blanket she have before now covering the both of us.

"Thank you y/n for being here" leaning more onto me, seeing her close her eyes and comfortable on me making me smile.

"You don't have to thank me. Do you want me with you during Antonio's ceremony later?" I ask she snuggle in to me.

"I just think that you wouldn't like hearing so many noises and fireworks popping, how's that?"

"That sounds good, I'd love to" she mumbled, this girl is really the softest among her family.

She might like gossip with me sometimes on what is happening around us using her super awesome gift, she would share your secrets if it's to personal or serious.

After some minutes us cuddling there while I'm still caressing her hair someone knock at the door before opening it.

"Dolores can you go outside? We can't find Antonio and you might hear where he is" It's Isabela, she stare at us realizing it's me then look at Dolores.

"I didn't know y/n's here but hi" she said giving me a small smile. Wow, Isabela smiling at me what a world.

Dolores sit up and I also did the same "We're going now" Isabela nod then walking outside before closing the door.

"I'll go with my family first to check on them, I will see you later" I said giving her a wave, she understand it and walk to the other side and I walk downstairs.

Isabela's POV

I knocked on Dolores room before opening it seeing her on her bed tuck under the blanket and someone beside her, caressing her hair, comforting gently.

"Dolores can you go outside? We can't find Antonio and you might hear where he is" I said looking at the person beside her glancing back at my cousin.

"I didn't know y/n's here but hi" I greeted her she also smile back.

"We're going outside now" I shook my head in understanding glancing lastly to the both of them before walking off, closing her door.
