Y/N'S POV

Me and my girlfriend, Dolores, we are here in her room, both of us are preparing ourselves for tonight's celebration, Antonio's ceremony where he will finally get her gift.

I'm helping her on some of her things and after that we proceed on going outside.

Many people are already working for the decoration tonight, I saw Isabela helping on decorating flowers, which is beautiful.

"Hey, come on" I snap and glance back to Dolores when she speak, her voice is truly beautiful, it's like I'm in clouds hearing her soft voice.

"Oh. Yeah" I said clinging to her, we're going to the kitchen first to get some of foods made by her tía Julieta before we go outside.

"Can we have this?" Dolores ask, pointing at the plates of empanadas.

"Yeah, you can have how many you want" her tía Julieta replied going back to the stove where she was cooking.

I walk near her also getting some of the empanadas, when I already had enough I watch her still putting empanadas in the container.

After that she close the lid turning to me, smiling. She invite me to go on which I did, on the way outside we're met by Mirabel holding a basket with full of this.

Smiling back slightly when we met eye contact then proceeding to go outside.

"Hey what was that container for?" I ask Dolores looking at the container where the empanadas is.

"Oh this. This is for your cousin Mariano, I almost forgot" she smiled awkwardly handing it to me, I accept it holding it on the other hand while I'm clinging at her side munching the food on my hand.

I admit it I really like Dolores at first when we started dating, but it's slowly fading, I don't want to hurt her feelings, she's so kind to me.

I only like her as a friend now, I know I sound really bad but it's the truth besides I'm planning on telling her that soon not now.

We already got into my house, separating to each other, she kiss my cheeks after some talk.

"Just give the empanadas to Mariano" she said I nod kissing her cheeks after that, we both say goodbye to each other she walk finally doing her assign chores.

When I didn't see her figure anymore I close the door going to the kitchen, I place the container of empanadas on the table, planning on giving that to him later.

I walk upstairs to my room, since there's no one in our home by now I'm planning to take a short nap because I love sleeping.

So when I reach my bedroom I lay on the bed sleeping immediately.

Isabela's POV

Everyone is so busy decorating here and there for tonight's ceremony and I'm one of them, I just saw my cousin Dolores and y/n, her girlfriend going outside.

I don't know where they're going so I focus my attention on growing flowers and placing it on the wall.

In a few days my engagement with Mariano is happening and I'm not ready, I don't want to marry him if I want to be true to myself.

I'm doing it for Abuela and also the family, I don't want to disappoint them but this inside of me telling otherwise.

I like someone and I'm sure of it, but it's too complicated for it to happen.

I've been known as perfect princess my whole life and that's what I'm living for.

"Done" I said after decorating all of the places, I went outside seeing Mariano in my side vision.

He's staring at me but I don't glance back at him instead I play with the children giving them flower crown and other related to flowers.
