Y/n's POV

"Are you ready? If so then let's go" I said to Matéo as I rolled my eyes while sitting on one of the chair. My mom was already outside and talked to Mariano's mom.

Tonight we're having a dinner with the Madrigals like what Isa said, we are going to announce our wedding. The only one who knows it is me, my fiancée and ofcourse Dolores.

Mariano is not here because well he's married to Dolores and that means he's already living there. I can't wait to live with Isa soon, I'm wondering how many kids she wants. I rest my face on my hand as I smiled in nowhere.

Just imagining myself and Isa with little kids makes my heart flutter. I can would also wake up every morning seeing the face of my wife. That would be really good, the best thing I've ever have in my life is her. I giggle silently as my face started to heat up from what I'm thinking.

"Y/n, did that fall also damage your brain, not just your memory? That make you go insane and laugh alone" my brother suddenly said loud enough making me startled, I glare at him as he laughed at me.

"It's not your business Tèo, I can laugh alone whenever I want." I said as I stand up seeing him prepared than I am. "Do you have other plans?" I said, walking towards him and scan his clothes from head to toe, my brother shake his head.

"No. You said we're going to have a dinner with the Madrigals so I really fix myself" he said, I scoff dusting something on his shoulder as a good sister like me.

"You look like going to some formal business wearing this foreign clothes" I said, he was wearing a long white sleeve while a black pants as his bottom clothes but the thing is this clothes is not common in encanto.

"Hey. Don't say that, dad gave it to me" I stopped when he speak the name I don't wanted to hear again, lowering my hand as I turn myself to him and walk away.

"Y/n, I'm sorr–" Matéo tried to say as he looked at me worriedly. I sighed and shake my head and face him giving him a small smile.

"Forget it. Let's go, mamá has been waiting for us outside" I said before walking out of the house. I could heard my brother sigh and his footsteps behind me.

I saw mamá still walking to tía so I gave both of them a smile I could give even though it's fake. My mood suddenly change when Matéo mention him and I hate it. Hours from now we're gonna announce our wedding and I will not let it affect our announcement.

"Y/n, mija" mamá hugged me and after that I walked past them. I heard mamá asked something to my brother.

"What did you tell to your sister?" Mamá whispered to him, they're facing my back so they wouldn't see my face but I could still hear them.

"I accidentally mentioned dad earlier while we are talking. I swear I didn't mean to speak about him" he replied.

"I told you to be careful with your words if you're going to talk about her dad" mamá scold my brother while Matéo just hummed, mom sigh and went to my side, clinging her arms to mine.

"Let's go now y/n, hm" I nod and we started to go to casita, tía and Matéo is behind us.

"Oh, here they are" Abuela alma welcome us at the door of casita. Mariano and Dolores is also here, my cousin immediately go to his mom to greet her and Dolores smiled at my side which I returned.

"Good evening señora" mamá said as we entered casita, they were talking to each other so I didn't bother to disturb them.

I looked around hoping that I could see my fiancée but she's still not here, maybe Isabela is still in her room. 'Ugh, I really wanted to see her know'

Abuela lead us to their kitchen area, all of them started to sit while I'm waiting for Isa to come out. Some of the Madrigals were also not here so I guess they're doing something first.

Moments later I can already see my fiancée wearing her colorful dress but the blue color seen as a dominant, the color of her family. I immediately go to her side welcoming Isa with a kiss on her lips.

"Isa I missed you. I can't wait to tell everyone" I said to her as I intertwined her hands to mine tightly. She hummed and give quick peck to my cheeks.

"Me too. I haven't tell Abuela yet why did I request a dinner for both families" she said, when we reached the table everyone is already there waiting for the both of us.

I help Isabela sit on her chair and after that I sat next to her, to my usual sit whenever I joined them for breakfast before. My eye caught Mirabel who's smiling to me so I returned it with a genuine smile.

"So before everything started, I wanted to say that it's a great honor that we have a dinner together and especially that my Isabela and y/n would announce something, am I right?" Abuela alma started once every is sitting comfortably, she turned to the both of us while Isabela holds my hand.

Everyone's attention is now on the both of us, I smiled and nodded and so did Isabela before saying "Yes abuela" her Abuela nodded as she claps happily.

Señora Madrigal raised her glass with wine before saying something, we also did the same as we started to eat after, the chattering also started while my attention is just focused in Isabela.

When we're almost done Isabela cleared her throat catching the attention of everyone in the table, she looks at me as she hold my hand and placed it on top of the table.

"Uhm, We're going to announce something and it's very important.. well for you to know" she glanced to me. I nodded and started speaking.

"Isa and I decided to get married as soon as possible." I started, everyone looks so happy especially her mom and mine.

"I know it's bit fast since I just recovered from my amnesia but if I didn't had that we're probably married by now" I said, I felt my hand started to sweat but Isabela started to rub the back of my hand.

I looked at everyone and some of them almost have a tears in their eyes. Mariano is looking at me proudly while Dolores leaning to her husband smiling sweetly at the both of us.

"That's great y/n and Isabela." Abuela said her eyes are kinda wide while looking at the both of us, she smiled after and went to our side giving one hug each.

"We should plan about that immediately, don't you think? When do you two plan on getting married?" She glance to both of us back and forth. I face Isa as she hummed.

"We're planning it weeks from now Abuela, maybe in two" she answered, abuela hummed and immediately agreed. Everyone seems to be agreeing so we smiled.

At the end of the night we talked about the preparations for the wedding, they also Goodluck us and greeted.

I also spend time with Isabela with her sisters and cousins. Mariano was also there, ofcourse he's Dolores husband and the two looks great together.

I also stayed in casita for the night since Isa beg me to say with her and I just can't ignore her especially she's doing her pleading look that I would only see once she really wanted that thing. She's also cute while doing that so.
