Isabela's POV

(ᵗʷᵒ ᵃⁿᵈ ʰᵃˡᶠ ᵐᵒⁿᵗʰˢ ˡᵃᵗᵉʳ)

I entered the room where my fiancé was staying, as I reached her bed I can't help but to feel bad and look at her in sadness.

For the first time I saw y/n, there was a tube connected on her and there's so many monitor that shows her heart rate.

And for almost three months y/n didn't show any sign of waking up, her family will constantly visit her and would cry as they saw y/n still laying on the bed looking so lifeless. The only thing that would make her breath normal is some of the oxygen.

"Hola, amor. How are you? I didn't got a chance to visit you yesterday, I'm sorry" I said to her, sitting on the chair beside her hospital bed and placed the flowers I made not so far from her.

Holding y/n's warm hand, I smile seeing her, even though she's not awake I'm still happy that she didn't die or had any life threatening complications. Her room also looked more normal now, there's no more machines or anything.

The only thing that's helping her is the IV fluids, oxygen and the monitor to her heart rate.

"I miss you" I whispered in a shaky voice while I'm caressing her hands softly. Then I noticed her heart beat suddenly went fast for a seconds then go back to normal again.

Raising my eyebrow, I looked at her who's eyes are still shut "Do you hear me? Or us the whole time?" I questioned, I stare at her for a few minutes but there's no answer.

Sighing deeply, I rest my head on her bed, looking up to glance at her peaceful sleeping form. My heart would always sink as I remembered the accident happened on that day.

Everyday I regret on doing it and if I could turn back the time I will definitely listen to what she's going to say and let her explain all things happened to her and Luz.

"When are you going to wake up?" I asked again, not expecting any answer from her.

The door suddenly opened behind me, I didn't turn because I know it's just either one of her family or mine.

"Oh, you're Isabela. I didn't know you were here" someone said beside me, I perked up noticing the voice is not really familiar.

"What are you doing here?" I questioned sternly, frowning as I face Luz. The girl looked at me smirking playfully.

"Why? Am I not allowed to visit y/n here?" She went on the other side of bed while looking down at y/n. I'm literally glaring at her but she act like I was nothing.

"You're the reason y/n's in this state so get out before I kick you out of here" I said, my voice full of hatred. Luz chuckled and looked straight into my eyes.

"Me? Am I really the one who let y/n fall off the balcony? If I heard it right, you're the one who pushed her so it's totally not my fault"

"You're the reason why we were arguing at that time" I replied, gripping on my dress.

"Well, you can say that but it's totally my fault Isabela. I just wanted to be close to your dear fiancé and maybe make her mine" she put her cocky smile.

"What?!" I shouted but but not so loud since I'm still on y/n's room.

I stand up and went on her side, holding her shoulder too tight until she whined silently.

"I like y/n or even love her but your fiancé was too dumb that she didn't figure it out until I finally kissed her." I removed my hands off her and slap her enough to make her world dizzy.

"What the fuck did you say! Get out!" I said pointing on the close door, I tried to make myself calm but this girl is getting on my nerves.

After Luz regained her balance she face me, smirking while her cheek is still red. She seem to didn't pay attention to what I've said "I said. Get. Out!" I said emphasizing each word.

"I will go if I wanted to, you just can't boss me around señora perfecta Isabela" She's really pissing me off.

I went to the door and opened it "Can you just please get out before I–" I stopped when I looked at y/n seeing her fingers starting to move.

"Before what?" Luz said still looking at me, I didn't mind her first and focus on y/n. I swear I saw her finger moved.

When I'm finally at her bed, I hold her hand to see that I'm not seeing things. Seconds after I feel her hand start to move under me until she squeeze it faintly, I gasp and stood up.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" Luz asked and walk to my side, when she also noticed that her hand started moving she also gasped.

"I will call the doctor" I said, the small girl nod before I got out.

When I called the doctor to tell what happened to y/n I met her mother and now all of us were inside  of y/n's room, when I said us I meant that Luz is still here.

I would constantly glare at her side and she will just shrugged her shoulder smirking faintly enough for only me to see. I scoff, and growl at her and when the doctor is done examining y/n he went to us.

"What's wrong with my daughter doctor?" Her mother asked, I peek behind him seeing my fiance still sleeping.

"She's totally fine, nothings wrong and the good news is she would wake up anytime soon" the doctor said smiling at us, I gasped and cover my mouth, my heart is literally jumping in joy. I went to tía's side.

"Oh my gosh, that's good to hear. Thank you, doc" I said for tía, he nodded before walking away. I turn to y/n's mom seeing there's a small tear in her eyes.

"She's going to wake up, Isabela" she said, I nod.

"Does her brother already know about it tìa?" She shake her head, giving me a small hug.

"No, but he said that he will visit later"

"Let's go inside of her room" I said, guiding her inside of y/n's room. When we reach the inside Luz is the first one we saw, I didn't know she entered here first.

"Who is she?" Y/n's mother whispered to me while looking at the girl far from us, Luz look at us when she saw us staring at her, she then wave to tía Maya.

"Oh, that's Luz. Just ignore her tía, she's the reason we fought" I confession, she nodded and glare slightly at the girl who's looking at my fiancé.

"I don't like her" she whispered.

"Don't worry, me too" I said, giggling. Tía chuckled and we noticed that y/n is slowly starting to wake up.

"I think y/n's waking up, tía let's go near her" she nod, I hold her hand as we went to y/n's bed. Her eyelids started to open slowly.

When she finally opened her eyes, my heart jump and I cheered mentally but that soon change when she's still looking at the ceiling and look at us in confusion.
