(Hey guys. I just wanted to let you know that I'm changing their ages to 17. So now Hayes and Beth and Ali are 17 and the rest of the guys are the same ages.)

I looked at the words on the three slips and read "ADMIT ONE TO: COACHELLA" I was shocked. I love adventure club. I look up at Hayes who had a giant smile on his face.

"You got us tickets to coachella?" I spoke quietly.

"Well, you can take anyone you want" he started and scratched the back of his neck.

"OF COURSE IM TAKING YOU HAYES. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE WANTED TO GO TO COACHELLA." I screamed still in disbelief

"trust me, I do. Ali told me you've been wanting to go for awhile now. Krewella is also playing by the way"

"You're joking right?" I've loved krewella ever since there first song came out.

"No haha"

"Hayes?" I said quietly

"Ya?"

"I'm seriously about to piss my pants I'm so excited"

"So you like them?" He laughed

"Of course I do. This is the best present ever!"

"Good. They are for next weekend so make sure you're packed by Thursday"he laughed then pulled out of the parking lot. We passed the turnoff to get back to the house so I asked Hayes where we are going.

"Our dates not over yet" he smirked. It was dark now and I was getting tired. I started to fall asleep and a few minutes later Hayes was shaking me, waking me up. I looked around at where we were and was not familiar with my surroundings. I saw a small grassy area and a sign that said BIG SUR LOOKOUT. I stepped out of the car and turned around to see a beautiful view of the ocean. I couldn't see that far out because it was dark, but it was beautiful. The pale moon lit up the water. I looked around for Hayes and he was opening the trunk of the jeep. I walked over to him and looked in the back of the jeep. There were pillows and blankets set out and food and drinks.

"Hayes, you didn't have to do all this"

"Yes I did Beth. You know how much I like you, I wanted this date I be special" he said while pulling the tailgate down so I could get in.

I crawled in and he followed me. We got under the blankets and I stared out at the water crashing on to the sand.

He reached into the back seat and pulled back a bag. He fished around in it and pulled out a few bottles.

"Where did you get these?" I laughed in disbelief. I was staring at half a bottle of whiskey, half a bottle of fire ball, and a full bottle of Yeager.

"I have my sources" he smirked.

"What happened to Hayes the good boy?" I questioned with a smile on my face.

"There never was a Hayes the good boy. People just assume that I am one"

"So you drink, and smoke? You just don't tell anyone?"

"You forgot sleep around" he laughed and I hit his arm.

"But yeah, I've been partying since I was 13" he added and scrapyard his neck. He took the whiskey bottle that was sitting on my lap and opened it. He took a big drink then handed it to me. I did the same then rested my head on his shoulder.

I starred out to the beach again and thought; I am so happy right now I want to stay like this forever.

It was true, I haven't been this happy in a long time. Maybe I will even start writing poetry again. I haven't written since I was around 14. I used to be really good too.
