So I've found a loophole of sorts with my computer. I have to upload my pictures through Sketchbook or Paint 3D and edit them there, and I still can't crop or rename them once they're in my photos, but at least it's something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. For anyone reading who doesn't follow me and/or didn't see the announcement I posted earlier, tl;dr: my computer is being stupid right now and I don't know why, so I'm still taking requests but it'll take awhile longer to get them done.
