"english class"
Willa walked in Dave's classroom. She greeted him and placed his lunch on the table. "Mum said you forgot these." She teased. Dave scoffed and accepted the food, "Thank you." he said.
She nodded and walked away to her seat. Her long dirty blonde hair swaying which made her older brother confused, Willa never left her hair down when she was in school. He didn't have time to ask when the other students walked in.
The rowdy group that was part of Willa's childhood friend group entered. Clay sat down next to George who was chatting loudly with Jimmy, Karl and Alex Garcia. He sighed and clapped his hands just like how his father would do to catch the attention of the students.
"For today we will talking about literature most specially one from William Shakespeare." He said. The class groaned making him laugh, "I know you think literature is a boring subject but it is the second week of the month meaning its literature week." He said.
"Literature and prank week sir Baker." Minx said making the class cheer. Willa laughed as Dave tried to calm them down. "Yeah yeah whatever. Prank week." He grumbled as he passed out the pieces. "Oh come on Sir Baker. You loved prank week." George joked.
Dave smirked and nodded, "That is true but people grow up as should you all." He said with a wink making the class laugh. Willa shook her head as she flipped through the Shakespeare piece which was the infamous and tragic Romeo and Juliet.
The oldest Baker started his class by giving a short introduction to Shakespeare. Something she knew already so she just skimmed through the literary piece and hummed as a tune popped in her head.
Her focus was disturbed when a paper ball landed on her desk. She furrowed her eyebrows and looked around. No one seemed to be looking at her except for Clay.
She raised an eyebrow at her and he motioned to the ball. She sighed and opened it. "Prank week is here." She looked back at him and rolled her eyes making him smirk. He threw a ball at her.
She caught it and opened it. "How about a bet Baker." She pursed her lips and tilted her head thinking through the possibilities that this bet would lead to. The two of them had always made bets so this won't be any different.
Willa gulped and looked at him and nodded, "What did you had in mind?" she mouthed. He smirked at her and wrote down his answer. Throwing it at her, she caught it and uncrumpled the paper.
"The most teacher pranks will have the reigns to make the other do whatever they want for a day." Her lips turned up into a smirk. She looked up at him and tilted her head. "You're on." She mouthed. He nodded, "Prepare to lose." She snickered and stuck her tongue out at him. He scoffed and was about to says something when Dave hit his desk with the thick book about Shakespeare.
The two jumped and looked at him. Dave narrowed his eyes at them, "Miss Baker, Mister Thompson." He said making the pair blush. "Do you have anything to share with us?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
The two of them glanced at each other before Clay shrugging, "Oh you know the normal Sir." He said. Willa rolled her eyes, "And-and what does that supposed to mean?" Dave asked as he looked at his sister.
Willa shrugged, "Oh you know Thompson being nimrod as usual." She said with a smirk before looking at him. "I am not a-" "I don't care." Dave cut off the argument as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
He continued the class with Willa smirking while Clay scowled. And just like that they were back with their argument and banter but he had to admit. There was a light feeling around them and he was starting to like it.
