Razer's POV

"So where do you think Entity is?" I asked.

Meeps shrugged. "Beats me," she said.

Out of the four of us, only Meeps and I remained. Herobrine and Null has both been killed by the Entity, and we both knew that it was only a matter of time until he came after us.

We were on the run, trying to get as much distance between us and the Entity as we could, but we were also prepared to battle. Meeps still had her iron swords and I still had my katanas

"I miss Herobrine," I said, sadly. "It's like we just lost our best player in a game."

It was the Entity's fault that Herobrine had recklessly gone off without us .and tried to kill him.

"Razer," Meeps said. "I never realized this but..."

"But what?" I asked.

"The Entity killed Null first, because he knew that Null was Herobrine's first friend," she told me. "He did it so Herobrine would become driven with rage and ditch us so he could kill the Entity. The Entity had planned it so Herobrine would die on a quest of vengeance, leaving us more vulnerable than ever. He only killed them in that order because he knew it was the most effective way."

And I thought he was just killing us randomly, I thought. But he wasn't. He was killing us in a certain order, he had a strategy.

"Who do you think is next?" I asked, fearfully.

"I... I don't know," she admitted. "But it might not matter to him."

More dreadful silence.

"When the Entity is dead, what are you planning to do?" I asked her. This was something none of us talked about, and I was trying to make it sound like neither of us were going to die.

"The kingdom I lived in was destroyed," the young A.I. said. "I never witnessed it, my father sent me and my brother away to explore a new piece of land, so that was how we survived everybody else didn't make it. And now that my brother is dead, I really don't know where I'm supposed to go."

"Me neither," I said. "I never had a home... well not one where I belonged."

We were silent for a while, thinking our own thoughts. "How about this," I suggested. "Once the Entity is dead, we'll stay together, alright?"

Meeps nodded. "Agreed," she said.

"We'll live through this," I told her. "The Entity won't kill any of us. I promise that you'll make it out alive."

We looked over to see a small town, where items were being sold.

"Come on," I said. "Let's check it out."

Yes, there is no RazerXMeeps ship. I was planning on it, but Meeps is fifteen and Razer is seventeen. And while that isn't that huge of a gap, I thought it would be better if they had something that was closer to a family relationship.
