12. Getting Ready

At most times Ranboo wish he could get rid of the endermen side of himself, it caused so many problems for him and others.

Other times, he didn't care whether he was half endermen or not he just wished he could control it.

This was one of those times, if he could control his endermen side, he would most likely be able to teleport where he wants to willingly.

"Ranboo!" A voice called behind him and he knew who it was, he just wasn't going to stop for them.

"Ranboo," Philza called him again, "I'll be there too."

Ranboo walked slowly to the house, he was out of breath.

He examined the house and nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary, but when he looked over it a second time he saw another note on the door.

Ranboo walked up to the door and read the paper, 'Now that we finally have you here, meet us in the Badlands.'

"Well frick," Ranboo leaned against the door, he could see Phil running up to him on a horse.

Ranboo walked into the house, and up the ladder.

To his luck, Michael sat peacefully on his bed, looking up at the family painting.

"Oh Michael," Ranboo sighed, rushing over to him.

"If they hurt you," Ranboo paused, seeing a note in Michael's pocket.

'The Badlands, hurry up.'

Ranboo crumpled up the note and anger and tossed it, "Screw that."

"Michael, are you alright?"

Michael looked up at Ranboo with a smile and pointed to the painting, walking over to it.

"Yeah, that's us."

"Gosh Michael," Ranboo sat on the floor, exhausted from running, "If they hurt you I didn't know what I would do."

"I know what I would've done," Phil said, entering the room.

Ranboo jumped then tossed the crumpled paper at him, "Scared me."

"Sorry mate."

Ranboo just nodded and watched Michael.

"I saw the paper on the front door," Phil began, "We need to go."

"And leave Michael alone?"

"He won't be alone."

Ranboo titled his head in confusion, "If we leave, then yes, he will be alone."

"While I was chasing after you I ran into Tommy, I told him why I was in a rush and he wanted to help Michael as well."

"Yeah, and you almost fucking ran me over with that horse!" Tommy popped his head in, climbing up.

"What if I don't want to leave Michael," Ranboo asked, "You won't make me."

"You're right," Phil sat down, "I won't make you."

"But the Eggpire knows you're here and when they see you haven't met up with them, well then they're going to head straight towards here," Tommy explained, "And Michael's here."

Ranboo sighed, looked at Michael, and gave him a tight hug with a small "Sorry."

Ranboo then stood up, "Guess you guys are right."

"I'll take care of him," Tommy assured Ranboo with a small hug.

"Thanks Tommy," Ranboo smiled before heading downstairs.

"Are you ready?" Philza asked before they left the door.

"Oh shoot no," Ranboo turned around, "There's an enderchest right here luckily."

Phil watched out the window just in case the Eggpire tried to pull anything as Ranboo gathered all his weapons and any other stuff he would need.

Ranboo put on his armor and walked out the door, "Are you ready?" He asked with a grin.

Philza laughed, "Always am."

The two of them made their way to the Badlands, following the map that Eret had handed out to people.

"Ranboo, Phil?"

They both turned behind them to see Techno and Tubbo.

"Tubbo, what are you doing here?"

"Helping Techno," Tubbo elbowed him, "He was on his way here and I asked what was all going down. Apparently they had threatened Michael as well."

"Tubbo you should go-"

"And that's just too far," Tubbo cut off Ranboo.

"Hey, I didn't tell him to," Techno shrugged.

"Tubbo, you really should go."

"Ranboo," Tubbo stepped forward, "I've literally been in more wars than you. Plus, I've been around the egg before and it either makes you hate it or love it. I was luckily one of the people that it couldn't control-"

"Really?" Techno interrupted.

"And, they threatened both you and Michael. I see that as something worth fighting for," Tubbo finished.

Ranboo looked Tubbo up and down, all his points were true and he was all geared up, "If you say so."

"We can totally take them now," Techno added.
