The dull light peeked through the blinds, adding a heavenly light feeling to the room. Ranboo sat up, his blanket sliding down his arms as he stretched. Stepping out of bed his feet hit the cold stone floor, and his eyes fell on Tuboo. The brunette lay in the makeshift bed in the corner of the room, to be farther away from the window since it was still quite cold. Ranboo smiled as he walked over, sitting on the edge of the bed. He placed a hand on Tubbo's shoulder, gently shaking him, "Tubbo I would say it's time to wake up."
Tubbo mumbled to himself before stirring awake, "Oh hey Ranboo. Almost forgot I was here."
Ranboo let out a hum, "We should check on Hannah."
Tubbo nodded as he slipped out of bed, turning to the window with a pause. Ranboo walked up to him with a frown, "What is it?"
"How long did we sleep for? It doesn't look like it's the morning anymore."
Ranboo glanced out the window, now noticing how dim it was. He shrugged, "I don't know. What I do know is that I needed that sleep." Tubbo turned to him with a disapproving look to which Ranboo sighed, "If you need to know that bad there's a clock downstairs. I think. Did I take it down? I'm not sure."
"Why would you take the clock down," Tubbo asked as he began to walk away. Ranboo followed.
"I remember at first I had a really loud and annoying one. I can't remember if I switched it out for a better clock or if I just uh- don't have a clock anymore."
Tubbo went down the ladder, smiling as he saw the clock on the wall. Then reading the time he let out a groan, "You have a clock, but it says it's one fuckin pm."
"Oh shoot," Ranboo said, but he didn't sound too disappointed like Tubbo, "There goes more than half the day huh?"
"You're so funny Ranboo," Tubbo deadpanned, "Now let's go to Hannah."
Ranboo found it funny how easily annoyed Tired-Tubbo seemed to get. That's why he didn't bother Tubbo acting a bit rude, he was just tired. Soon it would wear off, after all, they had literally just woken up.
Both of them put their boots on before walking out the door, the fresh air greeted them as they stepped outside. Tubbo glanced back at Ranboo, "Hopefully she can answer some questions for us."
"Hopefully," Ranboo repeated as their feet tapped against the dark wood. Tubbo knocked twice on the door, but no response came. So he knocked again, waiting longer this time. Still, the door remained shut. Tubbo knocked once more, groaning as he waited. The silence of the house made him wonder if anybody was even awake yet, "Maybe we weren't the only ones who slept in."
Ranboo leaned towards the door, trying to listen for any noise. When not a single sound was heard he turned to Tubbo with a confused expression, "I don't think they're here Tubbo."
"What? Why would they be gone?" Tubbo whipped back to the door. Ranboo peeked through the windows, it looked a bit messier than normal.
"Don't know. Let's open the door."
Tubbo looked shocked at Ranboo for a moment, "Like break in?" Ranboo tilted his head, "Not really breaking in. I wouldn't do that to Phil-"
"Never thought you'd ask," Tubbo smirked, "We're partners in crime the two of us."
Ranboo fell back with a laugh, "Ok you weirdo. I guess we're technically breaking in."
"How do we get in? He has like three locks on this door."
"Who said anything about going through the door?" Ranboo said with a smug grin. Tubbo's eyes followed where Ranboo was pointing, up at the roof.
"The chimney?" Tubbo asked as backed up to see more of the roof. Ranboo pocketed his hands.
