I put on the Anteiku uniform, since Touka asked me to take over Kaneki's shift since he's been busy lately. I haven't even seen him myself much, and when I do Tsukiyama interrupts us and takes Kaneki away. I feel as if we are growing distant from one another.

Finally dressed, I went downstairs. "Good morning Touka."

Touka turned her head and smiled. "Morning to you also (Y/N)."

I stepped to behind the counter and grabbed a note pad. "Time for work."

"Yep. There is a man sitting at that table over there." Touka moved her head into the direction of the table.

"Ok, thanks." I looked over and saw a dirty blonde boy. I believe I've seen him before.

I walked over and put on a bright smile. "Good morning sir! What would you like?"

The man looked up and let out a small gasp. "You're that girl from before! Erm... What's your name? Hold on... Ah! It's (Y/N)!"

"Ah!" I looked at the man and recognized him. "You're Hide right? Kaneki's friend?"

"Yep! That's me!" He smiled.

"How are you?"

"Eh... Just looking for Kaneki still. Hoping I come across him soon. He's been missing for awhile now and I'm really worried. So is his family."

"Oh! I'm really sorry to hear that."

"It's alright! I'll find him soon. Also, I would like a cup of earl gray tea please."

"Of course."

~Time Skip~

I eyed my phone suspiciously. I had gotten a text not long ago saying this:

Message unknown number: Hey (Y/N)!! It's Kaneki and I finally got a new phone since I lost my other one! I need you to meet me at the park in one hour! The little one by Anteiku! I have something to show you! <3 yours truly.

I looked at the message one more time and put on my coat. I walked out of Anteiku and towards the park. Why didn't he just come and show me back at Anteiku? I was nervous, but what if it really was Kaneki? I couldn't just leave him hanging. I stepped into the park and sat at the bench. I brushed the dirt with my feet and read the message again. I heard footsteps and I looked up. It wasn't Kaneki.

"Yo!!" The man waved his hand a bit.

I stood up and turned away. I have to get away. I felt like I was in danger.

"Wait! Hey! Kaneki sent me!"

I stopped and turned around. "Really? For... What?"

"I'm Ayato. Nice to meet you." The boy ignored my question and stuck out his hand as if he wanted me to shake it. I got a better look at the boy and noticed he seemed to have the same features as Touka. He had dark purple hair and dark eyes as well! His hair was a bit long and he was heavily dressed. I decided to bring up my question again.

"What does Kaneki want?" I took another step back.

"Aw come on! Hard way or easy way! You choose!"

"What?"

"Come with me or I'll knock you out and take you with me."

I turned around and sprinted. I have to get help. I then stopped dead in my tracks when I saw he was I front of me. His eyes had turned into ghoul ones and his kagune was showing. I turned back around but a cloth had went over my mouth. Everything began to fade and I blacked out.

Kaneki's POV

I walked into Anteiku and began to trudge up the stairs. I finally get to see (Y/N) again. It has been a long day. Touka stopped me. "Have you seen (Y/N)?"

I shook my head slowly. "No. What happened?"

"She left awhile ago and hasn't been back for four hours. I'm beginning to get nervous."

I then turned back and ran out the door. I ran and searched everywhere. Sniffing the air I then picked up a small scent coming from the park. I looked around and then saw something on the ground. It was (Y/N)'a phone. I picked it up and looked through it. A message saying it was from me was sent to her. I then knew in that moment, that she had been kidnapped.

I heard footsteps behind me and I saw Tsukiyama standing there. "We need to find her." I gripped her phone in my hand.

"As you wish Kaneki, but what about the plans?"

"Ignore them. (Y/N)'s safety comes first."

"Of course."

Your POV

I woke up an heard a small beeping noise. Where am I? I slowly began to sit up as saw that an old man with a lab coat on was standing by a heart monitor with a clip board in his hand.

He turned around and smiled. "Ah! You're awake! I've been waiting for you to wake."

My body ached all over and I saw that I was the one hooked up to the monitor. "Where am I?" I slowly said.

"At my hospital. I payed Ayato to bring you here. I just needed you for an experiment. I hoped it turned out successful. You have been sleeping for almost a week."

Wait what? An experiment? Asleep for a week? Payed Ayato? What's going on? What did he do to me? "What?" I breathed out.

The man then pulled out a small baggy and opened it. I smelled something delicious and my stomach rumbled. The man heard it and chuckled. "Are you hungry?"

I slowly nodded.

"Then open wide and eat this." Te man pulled out a small piece of something and I slowly opened my mouth. He plopped it in and I chewed. It wasn't bad. "How is it?" The man pulled out a pen.

"It's good." I whispered.

"Want more? Want to know what it is?"

"What?"

"Human."

Me: OH MY GALLOSH CLIFFHANGER!!!

Kaneki: *Looking for you*

Me: I bet you can guess what's going to happen next....

Tsukiyama: *Being fabulous*

Hide: *Looking for Kaneki*

Touka: *Sleeping because she's tired*
