"I'm not leaving"

The whole team was in black Betty rolling up to the suspects house.
"Ok so our source said that he has been living here for the past 5 weeks now he plans to take down some big building" Hondo said to the team
"We can't let that happen let's bring his ass in" Luca shouted
"Yeh we will now listen he's on the most wanted list and he's known for setting traps so keep your eyes pealed at all times" Hondo stated.
"Yes boss" Chris said.
We pulled up outside the suspects house "fill the gaps stay liquid" Hondo shouted.

Luca and Tan covered the back exit, me, Chris, Deacon and Hondo covered the front.
We all made entry Deacon and Hondo made their way up the stairs while me and Chris were clearing down stairs.
"Rabbit" Luca shouted
I started running after the suspect and Tan tackled him.
"Suspect in custody" Tan said
"Nice job man" I said
We were all clearing the rest of the house I made my way to the kitchen with Chris behind me.
Suddenly I heard a click like something was activated I looked down and what I thought was a step was a descisd bomb.

"Chris get out of here" I shouted
"What, what do you mean?" Chris said in worry.
She looked down and saw what I was stood on top of.
"Oh my god Hondo" Chris screamed into her radio
"Chris please just get out of here" I begged her.
"No I'm not leaving" she said stubbornly
"Chris please" I said
"I said no" Chris shouted.
"What's going on" Hondo asked
Hondo saw the bomb.
"What the hell how did this happen" Hondo asked in worry
"I didn't realise this guy's crafty like you said" I said nervously.
"We'll figure it out get the bomb squad, what's that noise" Hondo asked
"That things on a timer it's only got 4 minutes left they'll never get here in time" Chris said with worry on her face and tears in her eyes.
"Just get out of here both of you just go please" I begged
"No I'm not leaving you" Chris said as a tear ran down her face.
"I have an idea I'll be right back" Hondo said and ran out.
Chris and I were left in the room with the bomb with only 3 minutes left of it.
Chris grabbed hold of my hand and squeezed it as tears were pouring out of her.
"I can't believe this oh god I" Chris cried out.
"Hey don't please I need you to get out of here" I begged again
"No I said that I wasn't leaving so I'm not ok"
"God your so stubborn I guess that's one of the reasons I" before I could say it Chris stopped me.
"No don't say it say it after we get out of this ok because we will" she cried.
Hondo came back in and was dragging the suspect. He flung him against the wall.
"Disarm the bomb" Hondo shouted.
The suspect stood with a smile on his face. Chris went up to him and punched him and draged him towards me and the bomb.
"Disarm it or you go with it and I don't think you want to die like that do you" Chris shouted.
"You crazy bitch" the suspect screamed.
With one minute left on the timer my heart was racing and sweat was pouring out of me.
"Chris, Hondo get of here please" I asked again.
"No" Chris said, we looked at each other in worry and desperation each of us more worried about the other than ourselves.
Time was really running low.
"Come on man you don't want to go out like this" Hondo shouted at the suspect.
The bomb maker took the pair of pliers that were on the side and made his way to me and the bomb he cut red wire that was hanging out and the bomb was disarmed.

I jumped off the bomb, Chris rushed towards me and brought me in her arms she didn't let go for a long while. Hondo took the man back in his restraints and back outside.

Me and Chris made our way to black Betty.
"Good to see you in one piece man" Luca said and brought me in a hug.
We all got back into black Betty Chris and I looked at each other in relief and love as the rest of the team got into the truck.
Hondo glanced over towards me and Chris and smiled as if he knew something but I ignored it and Chris did as well we didn't care about that right now all that we cared about was that each of us were ok.
