act normal

Chris's pov

After the alert from work me and Street hurried to hq. I drove in my truck and he went in on his bike we had to show up separately so no one would be suspicious about anything. We just had to act normal to figure out where we were before we made any decisions about one of us leaving or switching teams. I didn't want to be on separate teams and I didn't want either one of us to leave either I don't know what was going to happen but I knew that last night was one if not the best nights of my life. And this morning was as well the whole time with him just got more amazing. I was lost in my thoughts about Street when I pulled up in the car park of hq, Street's bike was already there.

I was walking through hq where the team was already gathered. "Hey guys" I said as I walked up, I gave Street a quick smile and he gave me one back. God it's hard to be around him and not be able to touch him. "So what's with the 911 call Hondo" Luca asked.
"There was a bank robbery, the suspects got away and shot a security guard on their way out now they looked trained from the security footage so that's why we were called in, I'm sorry for calling you all in I hope I didn't spoil any of your plans for today" Hondo said.
Me and Street gazed at each other both thinking about the things we could have been doing today.

Me and Luca made our way to the armoury to load up black Betty for the day I didn't realise I was slightly humming to myself. "You seem in a good mood today have fun last night" Luca asked. I slightly jumped at Lucas question. "What do you mean" I asked still a little shocked. "You just seem really happy today it's nice to see I don't think I've ever seen you this happy actually" Luca said. "Are you trying to say I'm misrable all the time" I asked a little coy. "No but it's good to see you like this and whatever it is that's got you smiling and humming today I hope it lasts" Luca said. I smiled at him and thought to myself I hope it lasts too because Luca was right I don't think I ever have been this happy.

Street's pov

We finally got back to hq after getting the scum bags who shot that security guard. I was in the locker room with Luca and Chris. I let out a massive yawn I didn't mean for it to be so loud. "Aha it hasn't been that long of a day or you getting old" Luca laughed. "Aha no just didn't get a lot of sleep last night" I said and slightly glanced at Chris who smiled. Luca didn't see as he was looking in his locker. "Does this have something to do with you not coming home last night" Luca said.
"Possibly" I ended it there as me and Chris had to keep it secret. "Well good for you right I'll see you at home or not, see ya Chris" Luca said and left the locker room.
"I feel bad having to keep secrets" Chris said and walked over to me.
"I know I gotta say I'm surprised we actually have this secret I didn't want to say anything before but after everything you said" I said. " I know I guess I couldn't hold back anymore" Chris said.
"Ha just couldn't resist me huh" I laughed. "Your such an pain in the ass" Chris said and lightly punched my arm. She started walking away and I grabbed her arm and pulled her in a hug. " Yeh but I'm your pain in the ass" I said. "Oh really" she smiled. "Yeh really" I said and brought her into a kiss. Things were getting really heated and Chris pulled back. "You know we can't do this here" she said. "I know as much as I want to" I said. We smiled at each other. She grabbed my hand "how tiered are you" she said very flirty. "Oh well all depends on the activity" I said flirting just as much back. "Well I thought we could pick up where we left off this morning at my place" she said and walked backwards out of the locker room. "Meet you there" I said...
