Been a long time I know just been through it lately but can always turn to my favourite show for comfort absolutely love the fandom of the show especially this couple.

Streets pov
We just pulled into see the nurse I was so excited it still doesn't seem real. I turned the car off and looked over at Chris who was glowing. Every time I look at her she seems more beautiful, perfect in everyway.

"What you nervous or something you keep staring at me"

"Just can't believe this is happening at I couldn't ask for a better person to start this journey with" I said and leaned over and kissed me then rested her head on mine. We stayed like that for a moment letting everything sink in again.

"Ok come on I don't think I can wait any longer" Chris said and kissed me.

We got out the car and I followed Chris into the building.

"Hi miss Chris Alonso here for an appointment with the midwife" Chris said and smiled over to me.

"Yes she's just with another patient she'll be with you shortly" the woman behind the desk said and me and Chris sat in the waiting room.

"You ok"
"Yeh it's just getting more real every minute"
"No regrets about anything" I asked
"None at all I couldn't imagine being here or doing any of this with anyone better than you"
"I love you" I said and placed a kiss on her head.
"Love you too" Chris said and rested on my shoulder.

"Miss Alonso" the nurse shouted.
We stood and followed the nurse into the room.
"By the looks I'm guessing your first time" the nurse said.
"That obvious" Chris laughed.
"Don't be nervous I'm guessing that's hard for you both, you two being police but we're just doing a scan" the nurse said.

Chris layed on the bed and lifted her shirt for the scan, my eyes were already glued to the screen even though it wasn't even turned on yet.

"This gel may be little cold"
"No problem" Chris said and the nurse put the gel on her and started with the machine.
"And there we go around 7 weeks long" the nurse said and left the screen showing.
Tears filled Chris' eyes as did mine.
" I'll give you two some time" the nurse said and left the room.
Chris reached for my hand and held it to her chest.
"Wow that's crazy, that's ours"
"Yeh that's our baby." I said and hugged her. We both just stared at the screen mesmerized not that we could make much out but it was just beautiful.
