Chris's pov

Back at hq
The whole team was in the locker room sorting through our lockers.
"Remember our team is just on call tommorrow but I'm going to be adding more bomb discovering techniques to our training course on Monday" Hondo stated.
"Yeh I'm sorry boss for today I should have realised that thing sooner" Street said in disappointment in himself.
"No don't worry about it Street that could have happened to any of us out there, we could all use more practise" Hondo said
"Yeh besides your still here aren't you"  Luca joked.
"Still a pain in the ass as ever" Tan laughed.
Everyone laughed at what Tan said but I just looked into my locker.
"You ok Chris you seem quieter than usual" Deacon asked
"Yeh fine it's just been a long day I'm gunna head home" I said and left the locker room glancing over to Street as I left.

I drove home and I had this pit in my stomach the whole way all I kept thinking of what if that bomb went off I don't know what would have happened I didn't care about myself. Street asked me over and over again to leave but there was no way in hell I was leaving him. I made my way to the car park of my apartments building. I parked my car but I couldn't hold it in anymore the tears poured out of me just thinking over the day's events I was relieved at the same time but I hated this feeling of what could have happened.

I pulled myself together and got out of my car, I saw this light coming towards me and then I realised it was Streets motorbike. A huge smile filled my face. He got off his bike and started walking towards me.

"Hey you not got to your apartment yet, you left before I did" he asked
"Was getting there" I said
Street could tell by my face something was wrong.
"Do you want to come in and talk" I asked him.
"Yeh only if it's alright with you"
"Of course" I said as we started walking to my apartment.
We reached the door and I unlocked it and we went in.

"Are you ok I can tell by your face it looks like you've been crying" Street asked.
"Yeh, no you know what I'm not ok" I shook my head and looked at him. Street sighed "talk to me" he said.
"It's just today I don't think I've ever been scared so much for someone in my whole life" I let out.
"I know the feeling I wish you left when I told you too if that thing went off"
"If it was the other way around would you have left me?" I asked
"Of course I wouldn't have" he said a little mad that I even asked the question.
"So there you go" I said, we both smiled at each other. We moved closer towards each other.
"Your so stubborn sometimes do you know that" Street said with a smile.
"You could have died today I never want to feel like I could loose you again" I said
Street picked up my hand "I'm not going anywhere and that thing you wouldn't let me say"
"You can say it now I told you to tell me when we made it out of there" I said
Street smiled "I love you Chris I always have done" he said nervously
I looked at him and put my hand on his cheek, I reached up and placed my lips on his. It was something I wanted to do for so long I didn't want to stop. He put one hand on my cheek and the other on my back which pulled me closer.

We broke apart "I love you too" I said and pulled him back into the kiss, it grew deeper and things were getting hot really fast.
"Chris maybe we should stop"
"I don't want to stop" I said
I took of my jacket and looked at him. I went closer towards him and started pulling his zip on his jacket. He put his hands on my shoulders. I removed his jacket and pulled him back into the kiss.
We smiled at each other "are you sure Chris" he asked
"Never been more sure about anything in my life" I replied
We started kissing again I could feel his hands run down my back. I ran my fingers through his hair and kissed him deeper. He lent down and grabbed thighs and picked me up. We both laughed, I wrapped my legs around him. We looked at each other in pure passion and kissed again. He started walking towards my bedroom he walked in and shut the door behind us.
