"I-I don't know, Em." - Sue backed up from Emily slightly as she spoke. She ran her hand through her brunette hair looking into the poet's eyes. "Emily, I..." - she sighed, trying to think of what to say. "If what you say is true, and you can keep on that promise that my career won't be hurt or ruined, I'd love to do this more, well not this specific thing." - she laughed, trying to calm her nerves. "I mean be with you."

Emily felt that words were needless right now. Like they would mean less than what she was thinking of doing in this moment. So she just smiled softly and leaned in, giving Sue a chaste kiss. When she pulled away she was blushing madly. Her face was red, and Sue could probably see the tears in her eyes. The poet caressed Sue's cheeks, trying to sustain herself. She was crying tears out of joy, but she wasn't sure Sue would interpret them that way. So Emily spoke up.

"It's okay, I'm okay, I'm just..." - the poet wiped away some of her tears before continuing. "I'm just so fucking happy." - the poet smiled softly.

Sue laughed slightly as she watched the drunken poet.

"Emily, I'm sorry if it doesn't always come across correctly, but I do feel something for you. Even if I'd choose my career before anyone, I think that maybe..." - she paused, holding the other's chin to meet her watery eyes. "Maybe I can choose you first" - she smiled as she spoke, wanting to kiss the girl in front of her but not yet that confident.

A song lyric came into her head, almost like it was from the other girl.

"I think that we should've done this while you weren't drunk." - Sue looked away from Emily, remembering the other girl's impairment.

"I told you before, I'm not, not even a little, drunk." - Emily said unconvincingly as she finished wiping away her tears. "But I'm pretty sure my head spins for some reason." - the poet added, scratching the back of her head. "Anyway, where were we?" - Emily smiled widely, still flushed as she looked at her.

The room filled with silence after Emily's question. The poet looked deep into Sue's eyes, as if she was looking for something in there. "Well, let's do this properly, shall we?" - Emily said with a smile as she pushed the singer onto the bed, climbed on top of her and started kissing her neck.

Sue sighed as she felt Emily back on her, realizing how much she missed that feeling as soon as she had it back. She let out a soft groan as she allowed Emily to dominate what was happening.

"Emily..." - she sighed, feeling the writer kissing on her pulsing throat as she bit on her bottom lip needily.

"Yes?" - Emily pulled back a little and looked at Sue. Was the latter going to say she has doubts about what they were doing? Was she going to ask the poet to stop and eventually to leave? Emily didn't know the answer to those questions and she was too drunk to think much about that. All she thought about was that she wanted Sue more than anything right now - and more than ever before.

Sue smirked up at the poet and kissed her, her hand entangling in her brunette hair. As she pulled away, she looked at Emily lovingly.

"You know, you are my second kiss with a girl." - she smiled as she spoke, hoping Emily didn't find the fact too weird or off-putting.

Sue knew now that she was all in. She couldn't stop wanting Emily since she told her about the night they had together. Sue never would have guessed she was a lesbian. Maybe it was the smell of alcohol, or maybe the strong feeling of lust in the air, but Sue couldn't help but speak her mind.

"You're many other firsts, however. First sex with a girl. First drunken one night stand."

"And you're the first girl I ever truly loved." - Emily felt like it was the best time to say this. She didn't know if she meant it completely, but she felt like saying it. It just seemed... right. When the poet said this, she thought about it for a few seconds. Yes. It was true. She might know this girl not from too long, but that didn't matter. She was sure Sue was much more than a casual sex to her. So much more. Sue could be everything she ever wanted. Sue could be her muse. Sue could be... everything. The only thing Emily actually wanted with all her heart was for Sue to feel the same way.

Sue smiled, kissing the poet's cheek. She felt like everything was finally okay. She ran her hand down Emily's body and smirked as she lifted her shirt, beginning to take it off for the poet.

"Is this alright, Emily?" - she asked, making sure that the drunk girl still wanted this as much as she did.

"It's more than alright." - Emily almost whispered, but she said this in the most sincere way she was capable of. She caressed Sue's right arm and pulled her into a kiss, then she took off Sue's top as well. After that the poet started leaving soft kisses down the singer's neck, until she reached her cleavage. She kissed it and looked up at the gorgeous girl. "You're so beautiful." - Emily added in the same tone and pulled Sue into another kiss.

Sue kissed Emily, swirling her tongue around her lover's. As they did a thought came to mind. She pulled back and looked into Emily's eyes.

"How are we going to hide this attraction?" - Sue said, thinking of any ways they could hide that they were lusting after each other every two minutes."It's going to be difficult to convince them that the single singer isn't in love with her lesbian writer."

"We'll think something up." - Emily tried to smile. She didn't want to hide all of this, but she knew they had to. Otherwise Sue's career and reputation would be changed forever. The two couldn't know if this was going to help Sue's career or kill it (because her fans were probably used to her singing straight songs), but they couldn't take that chance. No matter how much Emily wanted everyone to know how happy she was, she should put up with the fact that she couldn't. "I have some ideas."

Sue smiled at Emily, tilting her head, awaiting Emily's ideas on how they could continue seeing each other without causing suspicion from her fan base. Though her fan base was rather small at the moment, it was going to grow as she continued to sing and make music. She brushed her hand over her lover's back.
