That's the beginning to the lyrics Emily sent to Sue. After that she said in her message that she thinks these lyrics would be suitable for a man's point of view and she said she would suggest the lyrics to a famous rapper if Sue's down for it. The singer scrolled a little bit further.

𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐃.: 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐬.

Right now Emily was still typing. When she sent the message, that's what it said:

𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨?
𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨?

𝘈𝘮 𝘐 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳
𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦?

And so on. Sue couldn't help but smile at the next message.

𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐃.: 𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐛𝐮𝐭... 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤?

The singer didn't know about it, but that was Emily's way of saying "I miss you". Sue could only hope that's what the message meant and that Emily wasn't texting her only because she was her songwriter.

𝐒𝐮𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭: 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞? 𝐈 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐩 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐬.
