This is a short chapter that continues the previous one :P

“Where the hell is Samantha”, I yelled as I ran into the nearest elevator and picked up my next green card. I’m already tired of this stupid test and I’m starting to worry about if Julie and Sam are ok. Once the door was shut, the screen turned on again, revealing the girl, once again.
“What? The girl is fine, don’t worry about her. Like I said, I wanted to test you guys individually. Your girlfriend is going through the challenge rooms…”
“She’s not my girlfriend”, I interrupted her, causing her to grin at me.
“That means I can break the ice and…”
“No, I’m not dating you” I interrupted her again. But this time, she rolled her eyes.
“I don’t want to date you. Anyways, don’t break the ice and retrieve your key”, she said before the screen turned off and the door opened letting a cool breeze come in.
Even before I could take a quick glance of the room, a booming voice came onto the intercom and yelled,” DON’T WALK INTO THE ROOM!”
I staggered backwards before I stood up and said,” Oww. You didn’t have to yell, Julie. And I’m guessing the ground is booby-trapped?”
“Yep. And if you don’t walk on a certain path, then you will be dumped into a pool of ice cold water and won’t be able to go to the next room”, she replied as I shook my head in grief and began to examine the room.
Ice. The whole room was made out of ice, except for the key. The key is hanging on a rope, which is located in the center of the room. After a minute of watching my breath turn into fog, a green pathway appeared on the ice.
I automatically sprint down the pathway, trying to get to the key without breaking the ice below me. Once I got to the key and cut it down, using my pocket knife, I looked down at it to see a purple question mark on it.
“Juliet. Is this Sam’s key”, I asked as I scanned the room for more keys.
After I said that, Juliet came onto the intercom and said,” Shit, toss that key into the hole on the right of you, James. Sam doesn’t have that much air left and she’ll toss you your key when she gets hers.”
I turned to my right to find the hole exactly next to me. I dropped the key in it, hoping Sam got it…
‘Wait, Sam’s in the water? And Sam is a cat. Can she even swim’, I thought to myself before something shot out of the hole and into my hand. The key.
I ran to the other elevator and used the key to open it up, letting me jump into the warm room.
“Finally you got here. I thought you were going to freeze in there”, the Nigma girl exclaimed as the door closed.
When the TV screen turned on, revealing the arrogant ginger, I glared at her and said,” You’re a cruel bitch…”
“Watch your language! And I’m not cruel to you. Sam won’t talk to me right now, but I’m not cruel”, she interrupted as she pressed some buttons on her keyboard.
I stood up and faced the screen as I sneered,” If you hurt Sam, I’m going to…”
“She’s fine. Samantha is a big girl, honey. She doesn’t need you to worry about her. Anyways, don’t get eaten by the alligators”, she said before the screen turned off and the door opened up to a swamp like room.
In front of me is a platform that is raised so it’s two feet above the murky water that covers the floor.
“Your input, Julie”, I asked as I tried to scan the water for anything in the water that can kill me. Of course it’s too murky to see anything.
“No riddle, so there must be a puzzle in there. Yeah, step onto that platform and it’ll move you to the center of the room”, she replied before I leaped onto the metal platform. Like she had said, the platform slid to the middle of the room and a projector shined a message onto the wall opposite me, that says,” 4+n05”.
After a second of confusion, a song turned on in the room while the platform below me began to lower into the water. I looked down at the platform to see four green arrows; which are pointing up, down, left, and right. In the middle of the arrows is a purple button.
Without thinking, I pressed the left button and looked up at the wall to see the message was now flipped. I pressed the down button, causing the message to almost look like the word “South”… Duh! Swamps are from the south!
I pressed the purple button and looked at the writing turn green and disappear, along with the platform moving back up so it is two feet above the water, again. As the platform moved to the next elevator, the intercom came on to the Nigma girl singing along with the song, which is playing in the background. As the song finished while I stepped into the elevator, I began clapping for the, now blushing, ginger on the television screen.
“Intercom, I’m guessing”, she asked sheepishly as I nodded my head, causing her to turn red. “You didn’t hear anything”, she said as she waved her hand in front of the screen.
“No promises”, I replied as I shook my head. Instead of a reply, she turned the screen off and opened the door.
A white room with millions of lasers weaved thought out it, great.
“No touch red, bro”, Juliet said, getting a huff in response. Before I knew it, I began to jump over and under the beams without skipping a beat.
Once I got past all the lasers and into the elevator, the door closed and the intercom turned on to say,” You did that in less than 45 seconds flat…”
“And? Next room please”, I replied, recognizing the voice to be both Juliet and Nigma.
After a while of waiting, the door opened, yet again, to a… normal room? Well, not normal, but a lot calmer than the other ten rooms. The room is completely white except for the metal door, that is on the opposite side of the room, and multiple paintings that line the walls.
“I’m not much of an art person, but this is very relaxing. I’m guessing blades are going to shoot out at me, or will I have to answer a riddle”, I mumbled to myself as I craned my head into the room, not wanting to be shot at.
“The key is behind the second painting on your right. Not much of a challenge if you ask me” Julie said over the intercom, causing me to chuckle at the gingers poor excuse of a challenge room. I did as she said and grabbed the key from behind the photo to unlock the door.
“Het, I wanted him to waste time over thinking this room, Juliet! Thanks for ruining my fun”, the enigma complained once I got the door opened and walked into the elevator.
“Oh shut up and get me the hell out of here”, I groaned as the door closed behind me, along with hearing the ginger laugh.
