"Lee! Don't drop me, please!" I squealed as he ran towards the pitch with me on his back. I saw a flash and I looked over to see Fred standing there with my camera
"It's too wholesome not to photograph!" He smiled as we turned the corner to see McGonagal walking towards us with Ron and Harry.
"Persefoni, come with me please. You two, to the common room. Today's match has been canceled." She said and I gasped
"Cancel Quidditch? I didn't know you could cancel quidditch." I mumbled hopping off Lee's back and following McGonagal, Harry, and Ron.

"I will warn you, this may come as a bit of a shock." McGonagal said as we stood outside the hospital wing and we all slowly nodded. She then opened the door to reveal Madame Pomfrey standing in between two beds, each occupied by stiff statue like students. The closer we got the clearer they became and I gasped
"Mione!" I said, rushing to her side
"She was found near the library. Along with this. Does it mean anything to any of you?" McGonagal asked holding up a small round golden mirror and we all shook our heads and she nodded understanding.
"Well, it's best you go. No sense in sitting around in here." Pomfrey said gesturing for us to leave and we followed McGonagal out.

A few hours later all the Gryffindor students gathered in the common room at McGonagal's order.
"All students will return to their house common rooms by six o'clock in the evening. You will be escorted to each lesson by a teacher. No exceptions." McGonagal read before folding a piece of paper and putting it in her pocket
"I should tell you all this. Unless the culprit behind these attacks is caught, it is likely that the school will be closed." She added looking around at all of us before leaving as a low murmur of fear filled the room
"Haven't any of the teachers noticed that the Slytherins are all safe? Isn't it obvious all this stuff's coming from Slytherin? The Heir of Slytherin, the monster of Slytherin, why don't they just chuck all the Slytherins out?" Neville asked rhetorically before Seamus spoke up with his own question
"They can't close Hogwarts. Where would we all go?"
"I don't care what anyone says. As long as Dumbledore's here, Hogwarts will be here." Dean countered
"Dean's right, there's no way they'll send us home as long as Dumbledore's in the castle." I added looking around as I saw Harry and Ron walking out of the common room.
