I stood outside the control room with Maria, Sam, and Steve as I used my phone to hack into the satellite just enough to mess with everyone's ear pieces. A few seconds later someone opened the door just like I expected.
"Excuse us." Steve said and the man stepped back as we immediately walked into the room an I closed the door behind us.
"Hey, hate to bother you at work but I need this seat." I said tapping one of the technicians on the shoulder and he looked up at me with wide eyes as Maria was pointing a gun at him over my shoulder before he quickly got up. I quickly set up the P.A. system before handing Steve the mic.
"Go ahead." I mumbled.
"Attention all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, this is Steve Rogers. You've heard a lot about me over the last few days. Some of you were even ordered to hunt me down. But I think it's time you know the truth. S.H.I.E.L.D. is not what we thought it was. It's been taken over by HYDRA. Alexander Pierce is their leader. The S.T.R.I.K.E. and Insight crew are HYDRA as well. I don't know how many more, but I know they're in the building. They could be standing right next to you. They almost have what they want. Absolute control. They shot Nick Fury. And it won't end there. If you launch those helicarriers today, HYDRA will be able to k*ll anyone that stands in their way. Unless we stop them. I know I'm asking a lot. But the price of freedom is high. It always has been. And it's a price I'm willing to pay. And if I'm the only one, then so be it. But I'm willing to bet I'm not." Steve spoke in true Captain America style before nodding to me an I clicked the mic off.
"Did you write that down first, or was it off the top of your head?" Sam asked with a smirk an I chuckled to myself.
Steve and Sam quickly left to do their jobs as Maria an I sat down at the computers.
"They're initiating launch." Maria said an I heard her voice echo a bit through my ear piece. Once we had all the security cameras up on different screens so we could see what was going on I started trying various methods to hack into the project database.

"Satellites in range at 3,000 feet." One of the tech communications officers said from where he sat.
"Falcon, what's your status?" Maria asked.
"Engaging." He replied.
"Kid, how's it going?" She asked me as I was typing, I noticed that someone else was also in the system and they were uploading files to the internet.
"Um...just waiting on my queue." I said when I noticed Nat's trace that she was clearly leaving for me so I transferred the rest of the files to her. S.H.I.E.L.D. was going to fall, and it was going to be big. Then maybe, just maybe I'd actually end up on the right side of this. I could become the person I'd always wanted to be, no more secrets, no more lies, no double agent stuff. An if I'm lucky no more fighting.
