Ok so upon doing about an hour of looking I've found that it never truly states how many rooms are in the Grimmauld Place home so first I'll tell you what I know so we're all on the same page:
The front entrance:

Rooms on the ground floor:
-A large dining room -A large pantry -The kitchen(which is seen in the movie as it's where the order meetings are held and also where Christmas dinner was in Order of the Phoenix)

The first Floor:
•There is at least three rooms of the first floor -One being a bed room that Hermione and Ginny stayed in during the summer of '95 -Two being a bathroom -Three being a drawing room(which the Trio slept in during Deathly Hallows)⬇️
