MATAPOS ang naging dinner date nila ay nasundan pa 'yon ng sunod na date pagkalipas ng ilang araw. The second date was a lunch date, and Gold was the one who initiated the date. Dinala niya si Vaughn sa paborito niyang restaurant na merong unlimited chicken wings at bottomless iced tea sa Quezon City. Sulit na sulit kasi roon ang presyo saka masarap talaga ang pagkain, at gusto niyang dalhin sa Vaughn sa less formal na lugar. Good thing was he definitely enjoyed that wholesome date with her.

Yes, wholesome, because nothing happened between them before of after the date. Blame it on Gold's monthly menstrual period to stop her sexcapades with the architect. Hindi nga niya mapigilang sumimangot at mainis dahil hindi niya magawang ikama ang binata for a week pero tinawanan lang siya ni Vaughn.

He even told her that her menstrual period was a sign from God for her to calm her raging libido down. Inirapan na lang niya ang binata kahit natatawa siya sa komento nito.

It has been a week since that happened and they have not seen each other again. Busy na naman kasi ang dalaga sa styling gigs niya na sunod sunod na nakalinya sa schedule kaya hindi niya mapaglaanan ng oras ang binata.

Vaughn, on the other hand, is also busy with his own work. Aside from working as the head architect for the hotel project with her father's company, Zamora Project Holdings, Vaughn is also working for other architectural projects in his own firm together with the architects under his wing.

Gustuhin man ng dalawa na magkita kahit saglit o mag-dinner sa tirahan ng isa sa kanila, hindi rin nila magawa dahil minsa'y ginagabi na rin sila sa trabaho. The good thing was they made sure to keep in contact with each other through text or call.

As for Gold, she would often bombard him with text messages anytime of the day except when she is busy during a gig or when she is asleep. Si Vaughn naman ay tipid lamang kung sumagot sa kanya, minsan lang ito mag-send ng mahabang reply pero lagi naman itong sumasagot at nakikipag-engage sa kanya through texting.

Often times, Gold would text him good morning or good night, if he already ate, and to drive safely. Vaughn would also do the same thing to her, minsan may kasama pang paalala na umiwas kung may makasalubong siya na dati niyang naka siping.

Sinesendan din ng dalaga ang binata ng mga selfie niya sa trabaho o kung ano man ang gusto niyang picturan. Minsan nagse-send siya ng picture ng pagkain niya, ng traffic kung siya'y pauwi during rush hour, or mga pusa't aso na nakikita niya.

Today, however, Gold decided to let her usual naughty self to take over her. Her period is done already since a few days ago and her schedule is finally free. Gold's next work appointment is at the opening of a luxury brand's Philippine flagship store in Makati which is three days away from now. So yes, she can definitely make time for the architect and some more.

Gold just finished eating her brunch and will now take her bath. Late na siyang nagising dahil hatinggabi na siya nakauwi. Her work last night ended late so she got home late too.

Kinuha niya ang cellphone niya at sinendan ng text si Vaughn para bumati rito.

Kumukuha siya ng susuoting pambahay nang makatanggap ng reply mula sa binata.

It's all good, baby. Already at the site in Pampanga. How are you?

Ni-replyan niya agad ito.

I'm fine, just finished my brunch 'cause I woke up late. I'm finally work-free for several days. Are you free tonight?

Gold brought her phone inside her bathroom then started taking her clothes off and played some music. Habit na niya ang magpatugtog habang naliligo dahil nakasanayan na niyang kumakanta sa shower kahit hindi naman siya marunong kumanta.
