When Worlds Collide

Chapter 13

It's Friday morning at Carina's house, and Maya and Carina just woke up. They were getting ready for work, both running a little bit behind. Maya was brushing her teeth while still in her towel from the shower. Carina stayed in the shower a bit longer after Maya got out, loving the warmth of it.

"Bambina, can you hand me my towel please?" Carina asked.

"Yeah one second." Maya mumbled with a full mouth of foamy toothpaste. She spit into the sink and grabbed Carina's towel, handing it to her. Carina stepped out of the shower and Maya kept her eyes trained on Carina's body through the reflection of the mirror as she kept brushing her teeth. Carina noticed and rolled her eyes playfully.

Overtime, Maya had left some of her clothes and belongings at Carina's house, as has Carina at Maya's house.

"Carina, where are my black trou-?" Maya asked but was interrupted.

"Bottom drawer." Carina responded while putting lotion her legs.

"Thanks." Maya responded, grabbing the pants from the bottom drawer, but now looking around confused. "Shoot where is my good bra?" Maya asked again, trying to hurry getting ready.

"On the kitchen floor, remember?" Carina smirked, remembering their events from last night.

Maya blushed and winked, "Oh yeah, that's right."

Maya put on her bra and was pulling up her black trousers when Carina spoke up.

"So I was thinking...." Carina spoke.

"Yes?" Maya questioned as she threw on a white blouse and started tucking it into her undone pants.

"It's been a big week. You sold a 5 million dollar house, and Teddy bought a house. How about we have a mini party here at my house tomorrow night? It could be fun." Carina said as she walked towards Maya who was about to zip up her pants. "Wait, let me do that for you." She smirked.

Maya watched Carina walk over to her seductively with just her towel on. "That sounds fun. We can invite all our friends, celebrate, and have a good time." Maya said as she watched Carina slowly zip up her pants, buttoning them up, then slowly buckling her belt, making a show out of it while biting her lip.

"It's settled then." Carina said as she finished with Maya's pants and now started buttoning up the buttons to her blouse. "How about I take you out tonight then, since we will be busy tomorrow."

"I was just about to ask you the exact same thing." Maya smiled. "There is actually a special place I want to take you tonight. A place that means a lot to me."

"Okay." Carina smiled but had a slight confused face. "What should I wear?"

"Wear something more casual, maybe jeans and a sweatshirt or sweater." Maya spoke softly.

"Okay." Carina kissed Maya's lips after finishing up buttoning up the blouse.

Maya walked into the office firm with a big smile on her face. She immediately ran into Mark, Vic, and Andy who were chatting in the lobby.

"Just the people I was looking for!" Maya cheered.

"Why's that?" Andy asked.

"Well....since I sold that huge house and Carina's friend Teddy just bought a house with me, Carina had an idea of having a party tomorrow at her house. We can all celebrate and have a good time with one another, and you guys are invited! Plus Carina's house is perfect for it. It's huge with lots of bedrooms if you need to stay the night, and she has a hot tub." Maya spoke as she wiggled her eyebrows.

"That sounds fun! So Teddy will be there then?" Mark asked with a smirk.

"I assume so, yes." Maya rolled her eyes with a smile.
