// 3rd P.O.V //

[Y/N], Kuschel and Rogue continued on through the dark catacombs until they came across their next enemy. Luckily, it wasn't another mob of armoured men, but a young lady. She looked to be their age, if not just younger. She wore a long, white dress that flowed freely at her ankles, despite no wind running through the underground corridors. Her hair was a soft fawn colour, and hung at her knees. Her eyes were a soft, striking blue, and she looked delicate, like a porcelain doll. Her cheeks were perfect and rosy, and her lips were a perfect shade of pink, and there wasn't a single scar nor blemish on her skin.

Her hands were clasped together as if she was praying when she noticed the approaching three.

"Oh," is what she spoke, "are you here to see me?"

[Y/N] glanced at Rogue warily, and he did just the same. Kuschel stepped back behind the two, scared.

"Get out of the way," the Sound Dragon Slayer gritted her teeth.

"My name is Juliette," the woman ignored her, "are you here to see me?"

[Y/N] shifted on the spot.
"Uh... no," she said dumbly, "can you move?"

"I see," Juliette closed her eyes and smiled softly, her hands still clasped, "you are. A challenger. I see."
"Pardon?" Rogue blinked.

"My Lord... why would you test me with such a demonic..." Juliette looked them both over, "their eyes and blood may otherworldly, but they are part of my flock nonetheless... that's right, yes, I shall save this one, Dear Lord."

"The hell are you goin' on about?" [Y/N] irked, "look, I dunno what you're playing at, but if you're not gonna move... I'll just have to go through you!"

The Dragon Slayer shot forwards, fist aflame, and attacked. Like lightning, the woman in white stepped aside. [Y/N] skidded to the floor, but found her feet not long after.

"Your verve is admirable," Juliette didn't turn to her, instead keeping her eyes on Rogue and Kuschel, "your impulsivity, however, is your hubris."

"The hell are you talking about?" [Y/N] growled, "Sound Dragon Roar!"

She sent a whirl of magic at the woman in white.

"White Shield!" the woman cried. A shield of pure white enveloped her, protecting her from the blast.

"White Magic?!" Rogue exclaimed.

"My radiance purifies all," Juliette spoke as the shield dissipated, "in a field, I am the absence of field. That is what I am. Wherever I am, I am what is missing. When I walk, I part the air and, always, the air moves in to fill the spaces in which my body has been."

"You aren't making any sense," [Y/N] growled.

"Shadow Dragon's Haste!" Rogue shot forwards at Juliette, who shut her eyes again, unfazed.

"Purify!" she spread her arms either side of her and Rogue tumbled to the ground, his attack having disappeared.

"No way!" he hissed.
"I said before, didn't I?" Juliette smiled, almost sympathetically, "my radiance purifies all."
