In an alternative universe, a girl was calmly living her life. In a world almost the same as ours. Almost. But there was this small difference. "Fever". People would say it is something beautiful, but not everyone thought so. Scientists say that this process is caused by a special hormone in people's bodies.

Okay, let me explain to you what "Fever" actually is. When a person is close to his soulmate, these things appear. They can feel fever-like symptoms like dizziness, high temperature, headache and body ache. The symptoms disappear when the soulmates become a couple. There are also pills made to suppress these symptoms, but they have a lot of side effects. They tend to be very dangerous, but some people still take them.

These days your most desired dream was finally turning into reality. You have never even imagined that this little ambition was going to be true in a few moments. Moving away from your boring and monotonous life in your motherhood into the hectic town of Seoul. You simply couldn't believe this was real. The possibility of these events occurring was smaller than 0,1%, but obviously, luck was on your side.

It was finally time for the flight. This whole thing was so unbelievable that your mind was constantly trying to wake up. However, deep inside your soul, you knew you worked hard to achieve this. Your work was paying off.

Your family was getting your last goodbyes. Their tears were falling. Not from sadness but happiness. Their child's goal was becoming reality, how could they be gloomy. While walking away, their waving hands could no longer be seen. The familiar smell was slowly getting unsensible. The homesickness could be already felt, but you knew you had to follow your dream, so it wasn't bothering you.

Luckily enough, your best friend Auden was also accepted into university in Seoul. However, you weren't into the same university because he had applied for the best university there and of course, he had gained success. Your friendship hasn't been too long, but the moment you saw each other you clicked immediately and started spending a lot of time together. You shared interests and opinions on stuff. Simply said, you had been thinking about the same things since you knew each other. He was the first Kpop fanboy you ever got to know. And one day a brilliant idea popped into your head, and you informed him about it. That's how you were heading to the airport.

He was waiting for you on your street in his car. He helped you with your luggage. Both of you hadn't taken too much stuff. You knew your new life was starting, that's why you were trying to leave your old life there in that country. 

"So, it's already happening, huh?" Auden spoke out. He was in the same state of mind as you. For him, this situation was just an illusion, and he was about to get into the real world any moment now.

"Let's go!" You exclaimed with the most cheerful voice you had. You were feeling delighted and overwhelmed. That's it. You were already travelling to your dream. Nothing could stop you. 

The airport wasn't far away from your house. Besides, your best friend was driving, so the ride wasn't boring at all. Quite the opposite. The whole time he was dropping jokes and was easing the mood. After all, there was this tense feeling that could be felt in the air. The fact that you were going to move to a different country with different culture was kind of scary. 

A couple of times, your whole body was covered in shivers. The feeling of making your dream finally come true was going down your spine. Not gonna lie there weren't only positive thoughts. But of course, they couldn't fight the optimistic ones.

Finally, the airport could be spotted. 

"We are here!" Auden exclaimed while parking the car.
