- the concert -

Time skip

A day before ENHYPEN's concert, you were nervous. You have been a kpop stan for quite some time now. However, that was the first concert you were going to witness. And the fact that the group was ENHYPEN was even more thrilling. Not going to lie, the moment you started listening to them, they stole your heart. They were close to becoming your ult group. 

Also, this boy, Sunghoon. Something about him made your heart jump up and down. You didn't even know why. Maybe he became your ult bias. You weren't sure, but something about him was different. You wanted to know what and that concert was the perfect possibility. The answer to your questions was finally going to be cleared. Or at least you thought so. 

You thought about it all day long. You couldn't wait to attend that concert. Your mind was only on that. And unnoticeable, the day had almost come to an end. The dinner was set. Auden helped you with everything, and you were eating together as always. After all, you wanted to enjoy your moments together before the start of university. So you ate together every time.

"You excited about tomorrow?" The boy asked you straight ahead. He knew that you were nervous and anxious, that's why he wanted to ask you about it.

"Yeah, I am a little nervous. This is going to be my first concert." A tremble in your voice could be heard. An idea crossed your best friend's head.

"Let's distract a little! And I am staying over tonight, so I can help you fall asleep easier!" His straightforwardness was killing you sometimes.

D-DAY

The next day you woke up at almost noon. Auden was right, he did help you to fall asleep faster, and you slept for quite some time too. However, it was finally the day. The concert was at 8 PM, so you did have almost 10 hours to wait for more. You did your routine while suppressing the stress.

As you did some stuff, the time for you to start getting ready had finally come. You went to your best friend's flat and knocked on the door. You reminded him it was time to get dressed because you knew he sometimes forgets, but this time he started getting ready for real.

On the other hand, the group was rehearsing. By some admission, Sunghoon was more nervous than usual. As if something was different. He didn't know why, but he felt it. 

"How are you, Hoon? You look anxious." Jake was worried about his friend. He saw that something wasn't right and immediately went to comfort him. Jake was the typical puppy-like friend who is always ready to help.

"I don't know. I have the feeling something will happen tonight." The boy shared his thoughts. Then speculation appeared in his friend's head. He instantly knew what was this about. His soulmate was going to attend the concert. However, he didn't want to tell the boy because he was going to become even more worried, so he hid it.

"Normally, that's our first concert in a while, and I am nervous too, so let's calm down together." Jaeyun lied to him. It was for his good. He was going to talk it out with the other members because they needed to know.

"By the way, can you go to get some water and snacks so you can distract a little?" The boy wanted to get him out so he could talk with the others. Surprisingly, he was a good liar, which of course, wasn't good.

"Yeah, no problem." As he went out, Jaeyun went to the others. He waited for a little to be sure that Sunghoon was not here.

"Sunghoon's soulmate is going to attend the concert." He got straight to the point. Without any interruptions. It was a serious matter, so it wasn't the time for any jokes. The members went silent for a while.

"Okay, but he can't take the pill," Jay responded, not knowing what was best to do in a situation like that. The other members thought for a second.

"Sunoo, Ni-ki, Jay and Jungwon, you take the pills, right?" Heeseung asked them. It looked as if he had something in mind. Maybe he was their hope to stop a disaster. 

"Yes?" They answered with questionable looks. They waited for Hee's suggestion, so they could know what to do in this kind of situation.

"Take them with you if he feels sick. We can't do anything else. We can't stop the concert nor give him the pills now." He looked concerned, but he was right. What could they do other than that? 

"And also, please look after him and if you see anything out of the ordinary, tell me or take him backstage." The last guideline was set, and the members continued rehearsing. 

Both of you were finally ready after the preparations. You wore semi-casual semi-official clothes and Auden too. You haven't put that effort into anything else like that before. However, you had to hurry up because it was already 5:30 PM, and the concert begins at 8 PM. 

You exited the flat, but you were hungry, so you decided to go buy something to eat before going. You had some time for now, but you had to speed up a little. As time passed by, you had been becoming more and more nervous. 

Both of you were already there. While going through the security guards and the people who were checking the tickets, you realised what was happening. 

Like you were there, and after several minutes you were going to see the group in front of your eyes. Warm and chill waves hit your back. Your hands were becoming colder and colder. The crisp wind moved your hair, making you tug it behind your ears. You wanted to calm down, which was too difficult at the moment. 

You and your best friend took your seats. Half an hour was remaining until the beginning of the concert. You were excited, and when you looked at your friend, you noticed that he couldn't contain his enthusiasm too. 

"It is happening!" He exclaimed and caught your hand. His shouting was half composed, after all, there were other people.

"YEAH, IT IS!" You matched his energy. Both of you were the crazy engenes who had never heard of quiet eagerness. But nobody made you a problem because they were as impatient as you, just quieter. 

After some long long 30 minutes, the lights had changed. Smoke was present. The atmosphere had completely changed. It had predisposed everybody to watch without losing attention. Nobody could take their eyes off of the stage. You waited a little longer.

ENHYPEN went on the stage. The whole audience began screaming. Everything was perfect. The decor, the stage and the lights were amazing. The members' visuals were more than stunning. You could see they looked even better live. They were in front of your eyes, and you were delighted. Auden didn't stop yelling for a second.

The members introduced themselves. You could see Heeseung, Sunoo, Ni-ki, Jake, Jungwon, Jay and... Sunghoon. Heeseung's incomparable visual was even more spectacular. Sunoo looked like an angel with porcelain-like skin, Ni-ki was taller than you could even imagine, Jake was so boyfriend material, Jungwon looked like a cat and was even more beautiful life and Jay radiated such positive energy.

There was the moment when you looked at Sunghoon. In the blink of an eye, he looked at you too. The moment your eyes met, the time stopped. It was just the two of you in the world. You and him. Nobody else. Exactly when he was about to say something to you because he thought that it was just the two of you, something happened. 

Sharp pain in both of you's heads almost made you faint.

I want to specify that I haven't been to a kpop concert for now, and I am not sure what the procedure is, so please excuse me if I haven't described the right situation.
