Fever || Sunghoon x reader

Your morning was pretty ordinary. You did your morning routine, had breakfast and saw Auden before going out. It was nice to see him because these days since he started university, he had been out with friends every night. He had been very ongoing since you knew him. That's why you expected this to happen, and you were out with him every day before the beginning of the semester.

However, you had around half an hour together before you had to go for the first lecture. It was 9:30 AM, and you were travelling by public transport, which took around 20 minutes to get there. You bought a cup of coffee and went straight to the classroom. 

The lecture was about the Korean language. Luckily or not, Sunghoon had the same lecture as well. Your Korean wasn't the best and him being there was fortunate because you had someone who could help you out if you didn't understand. Nevertheless, the memories from yesterday's dream were recalled.

The moment he saw you, his face became crimson. After all, he was the person who tried to kiss you in his dream. It wasn't easy for you either since you remembered sitting on the field with your head placed on his shoulder. 

"Hi." Sunghoon fidgeted and avoided eye contact. You weren't exactly excited to have eye contact with him because you couldn't even look at him.

"Hi." Returning his greeting was the most logical thing you could do, nothing more. 

When the lesson started, your main purpose was to concentrate. Even so, it wasn't that successful. The difficulty of that task was set to the extreme. You couldn't look at him but at the same time, stop thinking about him was impossible. 

His gestures like scratching the back of his head and picking on his fingers indicated he was embarrassed. But why would he? You were the one with the intimate dream, not him.

The class was soon over, and you didn't even notice. The male considered you weren't paying attention, and because of that, his mind was chaos for 5 minutes. Should he help you with studying? But there would be scandals. At the same time, he wanted to help. What if he invited you to their dorm? Would the other members be good with that? They would most likely be, but they would tease you a lot. Even so, he was ready to take that risk.

"Can I talk to you for a moment?" He took courage and asked you.

"Yeah?" You kind of avoided his glance because you weren't over the things that had happened.

"Let's wait for everyone to exit the room, so there won't be any rumours." His and your safety was the most important, and you agreed. The little nod with which you signalised your answer made you overthink, even though Sunghoon found it adorable.

All of the people left the room, leaving only you and the teacher who soon was going to exit too. Before going, he made sure you were going to close the door after and understood the idol's situation of personal space.

"Now that we are alone, I wanted to ask you something." After stating that, he waited for confirmation from you, which he got in the shape of a little nod from you.

"Since I noticed that you weren't paying attention to the last classes, do you want me to help you with the studying?" The question was set finally.  It took a lot of courage for him to ask you.

"What about rumours and scandals? What about dispatch?" You panicked a little, which was kind of overreacting.

"You can come to my dorm the weekend. Nobody will know, and the other members will be okay with you coming." You gave it a thought, and the suggestion wasn't bad at all. However, the butterflies you felt that moment made you shift weight from side to side. 

Sunghoon, you and probably the other members of ENHYPEN being in one place for hours. That made you terrified for yourself. Would you be able to keep it cool, or will you start fangirling over them? Well, one thing was sure, that was a dream come true.

"Sounds good! Thank you for your help!" You thanked him in advance since you wanted him to know that it meant a lot to you. 

"Okay, give me your contact so I can text you the details later." The boy requested information so he could update you on the situation at the dorm.

After giving your contacts, he wished you a good day because he had two more lectures to attend and he would be free after that. You left the room as well since you had to go to your next class.

What was happening to you? Why couldn't you concentrate at all since you met the boy? I mean, he was handsome and all, also an idol and your ult bias but still. Oh, that was the answer. Well, at least he would help you with the studying.

Wait, he would help you with the studying?! Realising it made your feelings kind of overwhelming. However, you remembered what you thought of determining the answer. You were going to be calm and won't allow the fangirl in you to ruin the whole thing.

This time at least you listened to half of the thing the teacher was saying. And after slow and monotone 40 minutes, your torture had ended. Two lectures remained. The next one was starting in 10 minutes, so you figured out it was time to go to the end of the hall.

Going around and almost arriving at the place, you spotted someone. Your legs stopped in one place while seeing a not so pleasant view. The girl whose name was Kim Bon-Hwa, the so-called influential person and the boy who requested to help you. 

Bon-Hwa was pressing against Sunghoon and obviously flirted. The boy didn't reject her either he was just staying in one place. They seemed to talk, which caused a strange feeling in you. It kind of made you mad, and you didn't know why.

However, under the influence of that feeling, you took a step closer and moved past them quickly. You made sure that your presence was spotted by the male. Before entering the room, you took a quick gaze at them, seeing that Sunghoon was looking directly at you and not paying attention to the girl next to him.

The rest of the day was full of you overthinking like always. It was pretty tiring to spend the whole day doing only that. And what a surprise, you couldn't concentrate. Fortunately, you took some notes to revise at home.

The time passed slowly. Luckily, your lectures ended, and you could finally go home and rest. The first thing you were going to do after returning was to lay on your bed and take a break. The need for that was too much since today was an overwhelming day.

After coming back, you got some leftovers to eat and did as you planned. After the routine you had, the bed was so attractive to you. You planned to take a quick nap, so you laid down. The speed with which you went to your dreamland was faster than usual.

The nap lasted for an hour or two, and you woke up. The first thing you did was to check on your phone. The notification you saw made you frozen in place.
