!!TW!! - Death, suicide

"We'll do it all, everything... on our own" I whispered as I took Delia's face in my hands. "Are you sure Y/N?" she asked. "We don't need anything or anyone" I smiled, trying not to cry. We both knew what was coming. I just didn't know how bad it was going to be.

"If I lay here... if I just lay here, would you lie with me and just forget the world?" she asked me, tears falling down her soft cheeks. "I don't quite know, how to say... how I feel" I frowned. "Those three words?" she asked, I nodded. "You don't need to say them, sweetheart, I already know" she smiled.

I kissed her softly through her tears. "I need to go" she sighed. She held me in her arms for a moment before letting go. "Delia please" I whispered. "I need to do this, I'm sorry" She took a shaky breath in and walked away. I began to cry hard.

Myrtle caught me before I fell to my knees. "It's alright Y/N" she tried to console me. "I can't do this" I screamed. She ran her fingers through my hair, trying to calm me down but nothing was working. I tried to get out of her grasp but she was too strong. "Y/N stop fighting, I don't want you to see this" she whispered. I looked up at her, eyes red and cheeks wet. "Myrtle... LET ME GO" I yelled. She did just that...

I rushed out of the room and saw her standing there, knife in hand. "CORDELIA!" I screamed, it was no use. The damage had already been done. She thrusted the knife into her chest. All I felt was pain, crippling agony.

I couldn't breathe. I watched as she smiled at Langdon who was standing there in disbelief. She fell backwards from the balcony and that was it... she was gone.

I scrambled over to where she fell and saw her beautiful face. She lay face up on the ground, blood spilling out of her lifeless body. I didn't know what to do. I had a decision to make and I just couldn't decide.

After what felt like hours, I went to jump but someone grabbed me from behind. "LET GO OF ME" I screamed. "Y/N don't do this!" Myrtle yelled, holding me so tightly. "MYRTLE SNOW LET ME GO!" I attempted to fight but was unsuccessful. She instead brought me down to her body so that I could say goodbye.

"If I lay here, if I just lay here... would you lie with me and just forget the world..." I whispered, repeating her words while holding onto her body so she couldn't disappear.
