For our remaining stay, Thea and I helped with the chores around the house and the farm. It was refreshing. Ngayon lang ulit ako napagod ng ganito. Nakakatuwa rin pala kahit papaano.

Kami rin ang nagluto ng tanghalian namin. Niluto namin iyong mga naharvest namin na gulay kaya excited na excited iyong mga lalaki.

I can tell it's their first time to eat food they worked hard for, everything's served to them on a golden platter since they were born.

Ang cute nila.

"I didn't know food tastes 100 times better when fresh," Liam commented as he sips the veggie stew.

"Yeah, veggies are the best." Oscar said, moaning.

Natawa ako. Araw araw nga sila puro gulay eh. Hindi nila sinasabi pero obvious naman na vegetarian sila.

Inihain namin ni Oli iyong roasted peppers na inihaw namin saka umupo na din at kumain.

"Taste this," Aaron gave me an already peeled roasted potato and dipped on sauce.

This looks weird. Kinuha ko yun sa kaniya at tinikman.

I almost folded. It tastes sweet!

"James made the sauce from scratch." Aaron said. "We used to have every meal with this sauce in Los Angeles."

"What changed?" I asked, munching on the potato.

"Because we have the sauce everyday, our taste buds grew numb of it. If that's even possible. We just didn't felt excited with it anymore."

And I can totally see why. Kahit ako isasawsaw ko sa kahit saan itong sauce na to. Ang sarap!

"It goes best with crispy cauliflower," Oli told me when he saw me continuously dipping the potato to the sauce.

"I want to make this sauce. What's the recipe?"

Liam laughed. "Honey, it's Auntie's recipe. They only sell it to our families."

"Nanay ni James?" I cleared and he nodded.

Sumimangot ako. Sana pagbentahan rin nila ako nito.

"That doesn't even compare to what Mom makes. You should give it a taste." James added.

"Did you bring some?"

"Unfortunately, no. Everything's in San Diego ." He shrugged.

Lalo akong sumimangot! Nanakawin ko nalang tong isang jar na ginawa ni James.

"I made orange juice," Henry announced, walking with a pitcher of orange juice.

I saw Aaron smile. A different one. This is new.

Pagkatapos namin kumain, binigyan namin ng feeds iyong farm animals at saka napagdesisyunan na maglinis na ng katawan.

Iyong mga lalaki pinag uusapan na sa ilog daw maligo. Inaaya ako ni Thea kaya sumama na din ako.

Ginamit namin iyong pickup ni Lola para isang sasakyan nalang ang dalhin namin. Sa likod ako umupo kasama sila Oscar, Oli, Aaron, Liam at James. Sa loob kasi nakaupo si Jack at grabe talaga sila mag adjust para kay Jack gawa ng claustrophobia niya.

Oscar, Liam and James were singing a disney song kaya ang daming napapatingin samin na tao.

"Look out boys I'm coming through..."

Natawa ako sa birit ni Oscar. Feel na feel talaga niya ha.

Tahimik akong sumasabay sa kanta nila kasi ang cute din eh. Si Oli tawa lang nang tawa habang finifilm iyong tatlo.
