"Wait ok let me get this straight you just give us a big info dump, go for a walk, run back here and ask if I have a sister?" Scarlet asked while Milinda tried to process what just happened. "Yep, and it's kinda important last time I checked." I said as I plopped down onto the floor exhausted. "I mean I don't like talking about but, yea I've got to sisters Delilah, who went missing a few years back and *sigh* Kelly." Scarlet answered even more confused than before. "Alright so here's what happened I guess" and I relayed everything that just happened.
"SHE WHAT?!?" Scarlet yelled as I finished the story. "Do you know where Kelly went after she chased you?" I shook my head "Well let's go find her then!" Scarlet said, dragging me out of the dorms. We walked up the stairs to Kelly's dorm. I was extremely anxious and contemplated if I should've said anything at all. Scarlet pounded on the door to Kelly's dorm "Open up you've got some explaining to do!" no answer. "I think she's in the woods" Scarlet grabbed my arm and said, "let's go then!" I stood there and said "No, if we go, she'll know!" Scarlet let go of my arm and stared at me "How will Kelly know?" Scarlet asked slowly "Not Kelly the other one!" Scarlet stepped back a bit "Delilah... let's just, stay here then." Scarlet started walking back to our dorm and as I followed her, I wondered, what did Delilah do?
As we got back to our dorm Milinda was on the floor staring at the ceiling. She sat up whenever she heard us come in. "Oh, cool your back! Hey uh Scarlet can we ask Zena questions now because I'm confused." Scarlet sat on the couch and said "Yeah, you kinda ran off on us whenever you finished your...story" I was now the center of attention as I stood in front of the fireplace of the dorm. I sighed and said "Alright, what are your questions?"
They asked questions like "what triggers your Lin?" and "should we still do this or that around you?" I mean it's nice that they thought of me, but I feel like it's just a hassle for them. It's nice but it just feels wrong to make them do certain things around me and only me. It just feels wrong.
After all the questions Scarlet had one more to ask, "So you said whenever you triggered Lin it was via pain, right?" I nodded and said, "yea the weird thing was I think I switched before I could even feel the pain because it didn't even hurt." Scarlet started to think and said, "What if we were able to do something like that, again?" I shook my head and said, "Oh no we can't do that; it'll trigger Lin if I do that hand bitty thing again!" Scarlet waved her hand and said "No no not like that. What I'm saying is what if we did what you do but on a smaller scale. Oh, and also werewolves have regenerative powers, right?" I nodded my head and said, "Yea but if we bite ourselves or bite someone else it always leaves a scar." Scarlet responded, "So something like a, let's just say, boxcutter cut wouldn't leave a mark on you?" I answered nervously "No I don't think it would." Scarlet stood up and put her hands together "Alright then! Thanks for answering our questions, Zena! You go and take a nap or just sleep, you need it." Scarlet smiled at me then went to her room. Milinda said "Welp I'ma go sleep at my dorm bye.'' Then she left the dorm. I was alone once again. I decided to take Scarlet's advice and take a nap. I really needed one after today.
