Trouble phone ringing woke me up he reached over to grab it without getting up "hello" he said into the phone "ain't nobody tell you to come up here hold on here I come" he hung up the phone

"Who was that?" I asked

"Ember" he said still laying down

"Boy give that girl her baby" I said he sighed and got up and put his basketball shorts on "you just gone say fuck the draws" I said he walked out the room

I laid in my spot I heard footsteps going to the baby room then I heard some noises like they were talking but I couldn't hear them then I heard the door shut and footsteps I got up and got in the shower next thing I know Trouble was joining me "damn turn the hot water down" I said

"It's not that hot" I said

"Just give me my damn rag" he said I had him his rag and was cheesing at him "shorty you tweakin out" he said

"Do you know what today is?" I asked

"Our anniversary?" He asked I smacked my teeth

"Stop acting stupid" I said

"What is it?" He asked I smacked my teeth

"It's nothing" I said grabbing my rag and pouring body wash on it

"What is it?" He asked

"Nothing don't worry about it jit" I said washing up and rinsing off I went to brush my teeth

"Aight I'm about to leave I'll be back later" he said

"I'm about to leave too" I said putting on my clothes

"Where you going?" He asked I shrugged my shoulders

"Why you acting like that?" He asked

"I'm not acting like nothing" I said

"Aight bro you ain't about to piss me off" he said leaving

"Stupid bitch" I said walking into the kitchen making myself some breakfast I scrolled through Instagram and text my mom to let her know I was good
