You gave the two men your goodbyes and got into your car, thinking about the day's events. This place was definitely interesting.

GUIDE:
(F/S) - Favorite Show. Only appears once.====================================
Driving home after buying yourself some groceries, you couldn't help but wonder about your co-workers. They had such differing personalities, as far as you could tell. Mike seemed easily irritable and like the type of person to push people away. Scott, on the other hand, tried to be a little more professional with new workers and customers than he would with someone like Mike.
You arrived to your old, however in good condition, house. You walked inside and casually unbuttoned your shirt. You couldn't help but think of the mysterious vibe you got from the pizzeria, from Scott. His mystery allured you, and you wanted to know more about him. Why? He was just another worker at the establishment. His mask, or you assumed that's what it was. That was what made him seem so mysterious. You couldn't exactly put your finger on why the mask intrigued you so much. Maybe the thought of what Scott's face looked like lured you in. Regardless, he seemed like a nice guy.
You knew you'd see more of his personality throughout your time working at Freddy's, and it made you smile softly. It was only your first day, yet you thought you got along well with Mike and Scott, who you nicknamed Phone Guy. During your thoughts, you had changed into comfortable house clothes. You didn't want to go to sleep just yet, you needed to make yourself dinner and look around Hurricane a bit more. Looking in the fridge, it seemed to have been emptied out when your cousins last came over, besides what you just put in. They needed to clean out the house of parishables and see if a will was lying around. That was how the family found out the house was passed down to you. You were just thankful the grieving process was mostly peaceful, and clear of any arguments. You grabbed some snacks you had in the fridge and closed it. You didn't have much, and you wouldn't get the free pizza after your first three days, so snacks would hold you down until then, you figured.
You wanted to drive around town, but you didn't really have much money to spare for extra gas. Instead, you grabbed your jacket, grabbed your pepper spray from the car, and walked off. Thankfully most of the town had places in walking distance, with the pizzeria being the farthest from your house. You continued to walk, that was, until you felt a tap on your shoulder. You jumped and turned around swiftly, pulling out your pepper spray.
"Woah, hey! It's just me!" the figure called out, holding both his hands up. You squinted to see who it was, turns out it was just Mike, as well as a some boy who was standing behind him. The younger one got scared and hid behind Mike, grabbing his maroon turtleneck tightly. Mike adjusted his matching beanie and chuckled nervously.
"Mike..." the boy cried out, his voice barely managing to escape his lips.
"Don't worry about it Jeremy, this is (Y/N). (Y/N), this is our co-worker, Jeremy." You gave Jeremy an awkward wave and apologized. He returned the gesture and stepped out from behind Mike. Well, partially. "Me and Jeremy had just stepped out of our apartment and noticed you, so I figured I'd introduce the kid." Mike pointed his thumb to Jeremy. He seemed oddly young to be working at Freddy's, but you didn't question it. His green and black headphones seemed to compliment his light brown hair and green eyes.
"Hey, those headphones suit you. You play video games by any chance?" Jeremy put his hand behind his head, slightly blushing thanks to the compliment you just gave him.
"A-Ah.. thanks.. I-I don't play v-video games, a-actually. I-I do watch a-anime though!" He seemed excited to talk about the genre, so you kept the conversation going as the three of you were walking. Jeremy went into so much detail about Sailor Moon that you could almost imagine what the show was like. The characters, the scenery, even the plot was explained in clear detail to you. Mike noticed a town park down the road, and you and Jeremy followed him, keeping your conversation going.
Sitting on a bench in between Mike and Jeremy, the older of the two men decided to join the conversation too. However, it couldn't last long, as you were getting tired and decided to go home. Mike offered to walk you home and you accepted. Him and Jeremy made sure you walked into your door safe and sound, gave their goodbyes, and headed their own way. You thought of the conversation, how it went from Sailor Moon to (F/S) to Breaking Bad. The conversation stayed around the same topic, everyones favorite shows and what made them enjoyable.
Jeremy was definitely timid, but can open up quick when talking about anime. You thought it was cute, and Mike's connection with him was almost fatherly. Of course, you didn't ask anything personal, but you couldn't help but wonder.
Simply refusing to take off your jacket, you laid face first into your bed. Your sleep schedule would be fucked, now that you're working the night shift. Sighing, you closed your eyes.
-
Lazily opening your eyes, the sky was a lavender-orange hue. Seems like it's sunrise. Thankfully, it was a Saturday, so you didn't need to go to work tonight. Your phone had buzzed, maybe it was just those spam calls. Checking your phone you noticed it wasn't a call, but rather a text. The number was unrecognized, but you decided to check it anyway.
??? - hey (Y/N)! Its Jeremy, you had given me your number last night during our conversation
You - Oh, hey jeremy, why you texting so early? its sunrise dude
Jeremy: sorry, just got off of work
The conversation continued for a few minutes, then you decided to let him know you were tired and laid back down. Just, well, laying there for a few minutes, you yawned. You needed something to do with your day instead of just wasting away at home. As much as you wanted to, lounging around isn't as much fun as you would like to make it out to be. Not until you can get yourself some entertaining shit, at least. So, you decided to text Jeremy again, asking for Mike and Scott's numbers. Your reason? A day at the park with you four sounded fun.
What you didn't tell anybody was you wanted to know more about Scott. Once again, his surface-level mystery intrigued you.
Hopefully with this park day, you'd be able to learn more about the guy.
