Ashton's POV

"And you're mine." She whispers back, causing me to smile. I wasn't expecting her to actually be hiding anything from me but I'm glad we've cleared things up.

"So that's it?" I ask her. "That's all. Everything you were hiding?"

She nods and kisses my cheek. "Yes."

"Good. I'm done with all these secrets." I wrap my arms around her and lock my fingers around her back. She smiles at me and I peck her lips. "And you know I would nev-"

"Never hurt me, yes I know." She interrupts me. I nod and look into her eyes.

"I'm not Peter." She flinches at his name. "And we'll never have to worry about him again. He's going away, for a long time, and he will never set another finger on you, not while I'm in the picture." She nods and rests her head on my chest. Her hair is still pulled over her shoulder making the bruise on her neck clearly visible. I can't believe I haven't noticed it before. I mean I've put my arm around her hundreds of times, but then again I never really pressed on it. Plus, she says it's only now getting worse. Speaking of, she should probably get that checked out, it's not normal for something like that to stay for so long. "Hey babe,"

"Yeah?" She replies, her voice muffled against my shoulder.

"I think you should get that mark on your neck checked out. You could have damaged a nerve or something." She pulls back from my hug and looks at me with her hands still wrapped around my neck.

"Why? I mean, it's not bothering me that much." She tries to weasel herself out of it.

"That's a complete lie and you know it Dan. Come on, I'll drive you there."

"Noooo" She whines. "We just got here, can't we just stay for a moment. Please?" She asks. She gives me these puppy dog eyes that I can't resist.

I sigh and give in. "Fine. We can stay here, but I'm going to make sure we get that checked out, ok?" She nods and pecks my lips. Today has been a hectic day and I'm going to admit, I'm pretty exhausted too. It's only 6:30 but I know I'm not going to stay up much longer.

Daniella lies down on the bed and sighs, just closing her eyes. She looks so peaceful, I don't want to bother her with what I'm thinking. I'll just have to wait until she falls asleep. I hate doing things behind her back but I don't want to burden her with anything else.

I lean against the wall, thinking until she opens one eye and looks at me, smiling. "Aren't you going to join me?" She asks.

I smile. "I will, I was just thinking about how hungry I am. Room service?"

She props herself up on her elbows and nods. "Yes please! I am starving! I don't really feel like going out anyway." I walk over to her and kiss her forehead.

"OK, what do you want?"

She lies back down again and looks up at me. "I don't know, what are you having?" I put my hand on her hip and rub it slightly.

"I heard this place has good pizza?" She nods and smiles. "Pizza it is then." I rub her hip one more time and grab the phone on the side of the bed to order the food.

"Your food will be up soon, have a nice day." The man on the phone says.

"Thank you, you too." I say before I hang up. I look back at Daniella on the bed and find her staring at me. "Food's on its' way." I say while she keeps her stare on me. "What?"

"I love you, you know? Like a lot." She says causing me to smile. I laugh lightly and lie down on the bed next to her.

"I know, and I love you too." I reply, wrapping my arms around her so her head can lie on my chest. I kiss her lips quickly and grab the remote for the TV. I turn it on while we wait for the food and switch through the channels. Friends pops up and she shakes my shoulder excitedly and squeals.
