"Do your late night thoughts ever lead you back to me?"
___

The cold wind pushed against her hood as she walked, sending her cloak in whichever direction it pleased. Silent as the night around her, Natara continued forward, nothing to be heard but the howl of the wind.

Underneath the blackness of her cloak, Natara wrapped her slender fingers around the hilt of her dagger. This one happened to be her second favourite which she was now forced to use, having left her favourite one behind in the thigh of that beautiful redhead she'd confronted a year ago. Pity.

She was thankful for the chill that danced in the air around her, her cloak and mask always being an annoying discomfort in the heat. She looked at the dump around her, eyes adjusted to the darkness, and her nose crinkled in disdain. She knew she'd have to clean off all the muck that would be on her boots after this. Fucking Salvage Yard.

Strolling in with a predatory grace and making her way to where she knew he'd be, Natara leaned against the doorframe. It had been far too easy to get in unnoticed. "Ulysses Klaue," she purred.

Swearing, the man spun to her, hand holding his gun which she simply looked down at. Her weapons were better. And prettier.

She saw as he blanched and again remembered what a chilling image she must appear to him. Hidden beneath the darkness of her cloak, shadows hiding everything about her. "There's no need for this to get ugly," she drawled. "I just have a few questions."

________

A lid was tossed aside as Thor opened yet another box, everyone searching through paperwork to retrieve whatever they'd lost on Strucker.

"Wait-" Tony interrupted as he caught sight of the file in Bruce's hand, pointing at it. "I know that guy." Taking the file from him, Tony flipped through its pages. "From back in the day. He operates off the African coast. Black market arms." Steve shot him a look and Tony immediately defended himself. "There are conventions. All right? You meet people. I didn't sell him anything."

Steve looked back at the file and Tony continued to fill them in on what he knew about the man. "He was talking about finding something new, a game changer. It was all very Ahab."

"This?" Thor asked, lifting the picture slightly to give Tony better view of it while indicating the mark on his neck.

"It was a tattoo, I don't think he had it," Tony answered.

"Those are tattoos," Thor pointed to the top picture before moving to the second one under it. "This is a brand."

Moving to the computer, they all waited as Bruce searched, trying to figure out what the brand meant. "Oh yeah. It's a word in an African dialect meaning "thief." In a much less friendly way," Bruce informed as he turned to look at everyone.

"What dialect?" Steve asked

"Wakanada." Bruce looked at them for a spilt second before trying the pronunciation again. "Wa- wa- Wakanda."

Nat's eyes widened slightly and Tony looked at Steve with a hint of worry. "If this guy got out of Wakanda with some of their trade goods..."

"I thought your father said he got the last of it," Steve spoke, not liking where the conversation was headed.

"I don't follow," Bruce approached them. "What comes out of Wakanda?"

Nat couldn't help as her mind went to a deadly assassin with piercing green eyes. She'd been taken prisoner in Wakanda, according to her file. Natasha hadn't seen her since their unfortunate meeting a year ago.

Tony and Steve didn't look happy at their latest discovery. Ultron now going after vibranuim. "The strongest metal on Earth."

"Where is this guy now?"

Tony moved to the laptop and everyone remained silent as they watched him. He let out a sound that conveyed surprise and they moved forward to look at the screen.

"Who's that?" Steve asked, eyebrows furrowed as he looked at a figure in a dark billowing cloak.

"I don't know. Whoever they are, they met with Klaue a few days ago."

"Natara Feaz," Nat spoke up, recognizing the figure with their dark attire. A photo of her with that same cloak had once been attached to her file. Everyone looked at her. Nat took a breath, arms now crossed. "I've met her before, once. She's an assassin. SHIELD tried to get ahold of her a few years back but couldn't. She's dangerous."

Clint drew slightly closer to her side, knowing who the assassin was. He'd gone looking for her once, after she got to Nat.

"Could she be working with Ultron?" Steve asked as he looked between the two ex-agents.

"Could be. I wouldn't put it past her," Nat answered.

"We'll need to bring her in," Steve decided and Clint scoffed.

"You don't find her unless she wants to be found."

Steve didn't look discouraged in the slightest. Just determined. "Well then, let's hope she wants to be found.

Nat just gave a small nod. "I owe her a dagger."

What do we think?

Obviously this isn't completely accurate due to the fact that they're now going after Natara first. They will also go after Klaue and end up meeting Ultron and the twins but I needed to bring Natara into it first.

Hope you all enjoyed. And please don't forget to comment. :)
