The war was finally coming to an end. The Goddess has no idea where Alatus was since they both ran into different ways when the war started.
'I hope he's alright.. how many years has it been?'
The chances of her friend surviving were low, then again he was doing pretty well in his trainings so the chances aren't zero. Sadly the Goddess couldn't stay and was sent into a domain for killing countless other Gods. She sat there for decades, centuries and finally was able to come back to Liyue.
She appeared in the night sky filled with lanterns, people shouting, and then she sees him.
She didn't think she could ever feel this excited over someone, but here she is. He made a couple of changes, his hair now having teal streaks, a small, purple diamond tattoo on his forehead, tattoos on his hands and of course those beautiful amber eyes.
They were making eye-contact which soon broke after Y/N disappeared not wanting to spend any more time in human sights.
Later on the Goddess found out from the Geo Archon, now going by Zhongli, that Alatus is now an adeptus going by the name Xiao, also meaning he doesn't remember anything about the God of Void.
She would be lying if she didn't feel hurt, but she was able to move on from that, depending on fate to sort everything out.
And just like that they met once again, a new fresh meeting.
Funny how last time they met Y/N was training Xiao, and now Xiao was probably much stronger than her.
She's glad she was able to meet him again, him becoming her lover made her happy.

Xiao was on his way meeting his lover until he saw her near Wangshuu Inn. Now that he thinks about it, he's never brought her here before, he's quite excited to show her where he lives.
He jumps off the balcony right in front of Y/N quickly giving her a small kiss on the lips.
The Goddess that could never imagine something like this happening in a billion years was now blushing madly, quite a rare sight for Xiao, also made him smile.
"What are you doing here?" He asks.
"I was just walking by, never expected to see you here, may I ask you the same?" She asks suspiciously.
"I live here."
"Pardon?"
He grabs her hand and leads her inside the Inn. He noticed Y/N looking around a lot. She was interested about this place Xiao lived in.
Eventually they got up the stairs and the adeptus showed Y/N the balcony. The Gods eyes widen seeing such a view. You could literally see everything.
"The sunsets here are beautiful, you should stay in my room one day and we could watch the sunset together." He offers.
The Goddess quickly looks at him, her lips forming a beautiful small smile and she gives him a small peck on the cheek before hugging him.
The poor Adeptus face was burning by now. Slowly he hugs her back caressing her back.
"That's a lovely idea, dear."
He hugs her tighter.
They stay in that position for a while until they get interrupted by the traveller who awkwardly coughed.
Xiao seemed a little annoyed but still let go of the Goddess and turned to Aether.
"State your business, traveller." He crossed his hands trying to look tough, but to Y/N he looked like a small, annoyed, cute baby.
She was fighting the urge to pinch his cheeks.
"Ganyu asked me to call you, Xiao. She said that it's pretty urgent." Said Aether.
"Alright.." he sighs " Y/N I'll come back, my room number is thirty two, you can wait for me there. Just don't... make a mess...please.." Xiao sweat dropped.
"Don't worry, dear, I won't. Be fast! I want to spend the day with you." She kisses his cheek again and runs off to the room.
Xiao blushes while Ateher is standing there awkwardly witnessing the whole thing.
