"Anybody got any road music?" Cipher asks
"I know sailing music" Metal raises his hand

"If we had secrets, do you think we would really want to share them?" Lexia questions
"Yeah, people jump at the chance to be talked about behind their backs" Cipher explains
"I...I don't think that people do" Carry shakes her head
"Yeah, I've got plenty of secrets but don't share them" Putty stares at Cipher
"You guys are no fun" Cipher groans
"I've got a story" Kyron suggests
"Ooh, okay" Cipher smiles again
"Not that story" Carry shakes her head
"What story?" Jason asks
"...Dude, are you sure you wanna tell these people?" Mar asks
"I've gotta...get past it" Kyron shakes his head
Yami listens in
"I can do a more uplifting story if you want" Flake nudges Kyron
"Maybe after mine" Kyron answers
"It must be a story that describes why you're the way you are" Lexia guesses
"Little insensitive" Alex murmurs
"One day, me and my...wife were driving to the doctor's office to check how our baby was doing" Kyron starts
Cipher walks beside him
"She was close to her due date and we just wanted to check if she was doing good, because she threw up a little blood that morning, she didn't tell me until that night, and I drove her as fast as I could to the hospital" Kyron continues
Mar looks down
"She started getting a little more car-sick, more than a pregnant woman usually does, talking about her stomach feeling like it'd...pop and all, my dumba$$ started driving faster, worried about her, I tried attending to her and drive at the same time...I'm...not too good at multi-tasking" Kyron doesn't stop
"You don't...have to keep going" Cipher starts feeling worse than when he started
"I hit this car and forgot to put my seatbelt on, so I flew through the glass and broke my leg, scarred my arm, and watched the car...I watched the car..." Kyron sighs
"Just stop, please" Mar shakes his head
"I watched the car get hit by someone else who wasn't paying attention, the b*stard hit the car head-on, right on Lila's side, I screamed out in pain, shock, terror, sadness, I hoped she was okay, but then, the driver drove away, and the car caught on fire, Lila struggled to even get the seatbelt off, I did my best to crawl toward her, but I would never make it...she fell out of the car on her right side, tears filling her eyes...the fire spread...it spread further...she tried to move toward me...the..." Kyron stops, staring at the distance
Cipher puts his arm around him
"The car exploded, I watched her die...the irony here, is there were sirens that came by there as soon as I watched her body blow up" Kyron nods
".....I'm so sorry" Cipher stares down
"Bad time, I know, but there's the base" Yami points at a huge building with the words "Goliath has fallen" carved on it
"...God, we're taking that place back?" Jason asks
"We're just gonna completely skip out on what Kyron said?" Mar asks
"We have to, we can talk more about it when we get back to a safe place, okay?" Yami asks
"I don't wanna talk about it again" Kyron clarifies
"What we need to do right now is scope out the place and look for a quiet approach" Yami explains
"Why?" Jason asks
"Hostage situation, if we go in loud, they may kill the hostages, we need Matt's daughter alive" Lexia explains
"Exactly, Cipher, you can go invisible right? Scope out the place and tell us the important parts" Yami explains
"You got it, boss" Cipher winks
"Cipher's the only one who's useful as we know, Jason, I know you used to be a merc, but refrain yourself for right now" Yami rubs Fifteen
"Okay" Jason sighs
"And like that, he's gone"
"HE'S A F*CKING GHOST" Alex shouts
"I'll haunt you while you're sleeping"
"It's his ability" Yami groans
"...Oh, that's cool" Alex stares
"Up there" Putty points at a hill behind Goliath
"Good eye, that's where we can get the drop on them" Yami nods
"WATCH OUT" Metal turns around, blocking a bullet
Yami looks around
"I guess Charlie got new recruits, you guys are gonna be a pain in the a$$ to deal with" A woman stares at the group, a revolver in one hand and a shotgun in the other
"Who are you?" Flake asks
"I'm a distraction" The woman puts on a tight grin under her hood
When Yami turns around, a barrel of a cold steeled shotgun stares her down
"Next time you think about invading our planet, remember this" The lanky woman holding a shotgun smiles insanely
Her blue hair spirals in the wind
Yami inhales
She grabs the barrel, knocking the stock against the crazy woman's head
Blue rips the shotgun away from Yami, nearly pulling the trigger
Yami grabs the gun again, pulling it towards herself
Blue lets the gun go, headbutting Yami
Yami backs up a bit
Blue grabs Yami by the arm and flings her
Yami hits the ground but doesn't stay down for long
Blue aims the shotgun at Yami
Flake kicks Blue in the back of the knee
The other lady starts shooting at the crew herself
Blue gets down
Yami kicks Blue in the side of the skull
Blue cocks her head away
Yami rips the shotgun out of Blue's hands
Fifteen charges at Blue
Blue jumps up
Fifteen knocks down some of his own friends on accident
Yami tries pulling the trigger
Blue kicks the gun out from her hands
Yami clotheslines Blue back down
Blue lays down, winded for a second
The other woman already knocked out Jason, Clara, Carry, Putty, Metal and just now Fifteen
Kyron starts blocking blows from her
Flake tries hitting the girl but she just seems to disappear, in turn, she hits Kyron instead
The woman kicks them into eachother
Yami pulls the trigger...but no bullets come out
"It's empty, baby" Blue coughs, waving the shells between her fingers
Yami's eyes widen
The woman aims a pistol at Yami from behind
"Thanks, Hyper" Blue slowly gets up
"You really couldn't handle her?" The woman asks
"She was good, d*mn good" Blue straightens her hair
Yami sighs, she drops the shotgun
"So just who are you?" Blue crouches down, getting her face close to Yami's
Yami stays silent, staring at Blue
"You realize that either way you're gonna die, right?" Blue smiles
Yami continues to stay silent
"Hex, you might not have as much fun with her than the people who beg for their lives" The woman laughs a bit
"I've got a question for you, what are you doing walking to Base Goliath? Got something for your boss?" Blue asks
Yami stares, still her mouth shut
Blue picks up Flake by the hair, dragging her in front of Yami
"Talk or she gets a new haircut" Blue starts twisting Flake's hair
"I'll f*cking kill you if you even breathe on her wrong" Yami grits her teeth
Blue smiles, she blows Flake's cheek
Yami starts to move
"Ah, ah, ah, guess who's got a loaded gun" The woman pushes the barrel deeper into Yami's neck
"I'll ask again, who are you and what are you doing at base Goliath?" Blue asks
"Put her down and I'll talk, gently" Yami commands
"See, that's more like it" Blue slowly lets down Flake
"I came here with these guys to help my home planet, I've got a close friend over there and he's the only shot anyone has at taking down the guy who started this whole invasion" Yami explains
"So what's Goliath got to do with it?" Blue sits down
"I wanted to get a favor from Matt to help us get this whole thing over with" Yami explains
"So what you're saying is that you and your little gang were gonna get that base back to help your friend back at your home planet...okay, let me ask something else, after you get 'Matt's' help, how do you expect to help your planet?" Blue asks
"Hopping from planet to planet and getting their favors, then go back to Earth to help my friend out" Yami explains
"Earth? Really?" Blue asks
"Well, her story does check out, that was the final place that was supposed to be invaded..." The woman looks away
"Now you know my story, okay?" Yami asks
"Alright, nice talk, bye" The woman nearly pulls the trigger
"WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, HOLD ON" Cipher yells, appearing and walking towards them
"Cipher?" Blue, Yami, and the woman all ask
"WE'RE ALL ON THE SAME TEAM, OKAY?" Cipher puts his hand over the shotgun barrel
"She's telling the truth?" Blue asks
"The first part, I don't know, but the second part, definitely" Cipher nods
"...Alright" The woman lowers the shotgun
"Hey, you're good, right?" Yami drops to her knees, worried about Flake
"Huh? What's...going on?" Flake looks around
"Are you alright?" Yami asks
"Got one helluva migraine" Flake rubs her head
"Okay, sorry, just get some more rest, alright?" Yami smiles
"So you've got a soft side, that's sweet" Cipher smiles
"Shut up or I'll shove your knife right through your crotch and through your mouth" Yami gets up
"Jeez, sorry I breathed" Cipher rolls his eyes
