Nico's P.o.v.

After Mal ran out, everyone stayed still, not knowing what to say or do. Apollo nods to everyone, then dissapers.

I look around at everyone, then slowly stand up.

"I'll go make sure she's okay." I head out of the big house, then make my way to the bunker.

Making my way down down, walking fast-

Oh gods, really? Stupid head.

"Nico!"

I turn around to see Leo running towards me. "What do you want, Flame head?"

He stops right in front of me, then pulls my arm. "Come on, I have to let you in."

I follow behind him, then yank my hand back. "I know how to follow people and not get lost."

He nods, then speeds up to a jog. I follow closely behind, until we reach the bunker. Leo puts his hand up to the scanner, then lights it on fire. The scanner turns red, then the door pops open.

Leo opens it all the way, then ushers me in. "No funny business, got it?" His finger is out like a teacher scolding a child, hips poped out, and his eyes staring me down.

"Like you could stop me." His eyes go wide and he starts to say something, but I close the door before a squeak comes out.

I turn around, looking down the long hallway, and sigh. "Here goes nothing."

I head down, walking for a while, until I hear movement. I freeze, and look to the door on my right. The noise continues, so I press my ear to the lavender door. I continue to hear motion, along with muttering.

"Ugh, you're so stupid, Mal. Gods, so stupid. Now you don't have anything to cover it up with!"

The motion stops, and I can picture her coming to a realization. "The bandana!" She scatters around, until I hear her jump on her bed.

"And now," she says, grunting, like she's doing something, "no one, will be able, to tell!" I hear her moving and struggling with something, then the sound of her adjusting.

I knock on the door, and clear my throat, "Mal?"

She freezes, then I hear her bed move, and steps towards the door. "Who is that? Leo?" I shake my head, then chuckle slightly. "Do you want me to get him? Cause I can-"

"No!" I look at the door, surprised at her sudden outburst. "I-I mean, no, it's okay. Come on in, Nico."

I slowly open the door, and peek my head around. She looks over at me, then quickly looks away.

I close the door, lean against it, and shove my hands in my pockets. "You okay, Mal?"

She nods her head, but still doesn't look up at me. I shift my weight and lean my head back. "You're lying, what's going on?"

She shruggs her shoulders, and I take this moment to look at her. She has her hair up in a messy bun, black tank top, batman pajama pants, and my bandana around her arm, like before.

I push off the door, and walk over towards her. I stop a few feet from her, close enough to get a good look at her, but not awkwardly close.

I look at the bandana, and I notice that the color is changing in one area. It's turning a crimson shade...

I take a deep breath and sigh. I run my hand through my hair, and look at her eyes, even though they won't meet mine.

"How deep?" Her head shoots up at me, fear writen all over her face. "W-what?"
