***NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR*** I am soooooo sorry I've been so M.I.A. I've been going back and forth on how I want to to do this chapter, and then life, got a new job (it's been a year) but I still feel so new, ughh being an adult is just so hard sometimes! Lol well here is a new chapter for those who are are still reading this ❤️

Her presence alone illuminated the space. As if the bright and dazzling sun was seized within these four walls, her brilliant rays bounced every which way it could. Her smile alone was enough to bring down the Great General Sephiroth, he thought, what more is this woman capable of doing?

Her long *hair color* hair shuffled down her back as she swayed through the room. Every time her skin touched the ground it seemed as though the muted carpet color disappeared and became vibrant colors of the rainbow. Her *eye color* eyes darting from corner to corner of the room inspecting the boring monotonous space.

"You don't have much?" She asks. Her eyes setting upon a shelf of medals. She takes her fingers and runs it through the dusty metal.

"There isn't much to me. I'm actually quite boring" I state.

"You, General Sephiroth are far from boring." She answers back with a giggle, she continues. "This medal ...it's pretty impressive. Which one was this for?" She questions, her eyes growing with wonder.

"Hm. That one. It was a medal for not destroying the world." I say calmly.

"Oh. I see... they gave you a medal for not destroying the world?" She questions, her expression innocent.

"Ha... no. Monsters. There were beings that were feared as much as I was. I fought them with Aerith, we won, and then the world recognized me as a protector once again. They believed a medal and a party would do everyone well." I answered as I gritted my teeth of the memory.

Y/n looks to me with her *eye color* eyes bright as the sun, solemn as the moon. I couldn't tell if she sympathized with me me or pitied me. Either way, all I saw was myself within them, I craved more. Sympathy or pity it did not matter, I wanted to encompass her everything.

Sympathy or pity. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

"I'm glad you were not near the battle grounds when all of that was happening." I say as I walk towards her.

"Hmm.. yeah... I was just stuck in my little bubble of a town...so ignorant to everything..." she finishes, the end of her sentence turning into a whisper.

"I wouldn't have it any other way. I wouldn't have wanted you to be in danger's way." I return. I take my fingers to her cheeks, nuzzling her face into my palm.

The warmth of this woman sends a shiver through out my body. Her scent drives me into a craze that I couldn't explain, her voice - music to my ears.

"You can't say that. You didn't even know me then. You didn't even like me when we first met!" She teases. She takes her arms and wraps it around my neck. The tilt of her head and her mischievous smile can send any man to the moon ... - or the grave.

"The moment I laid my eyes on you, you were mine." I claim. I bring my nose to meet hers and soon after I see an alluring smile blossom from her lips.

"When we met? During the mission at Nachamen?" She questions, her eyes peaking interest.

"No. The first time I saw you, you were with me." I playfully return.

She looks at me in confusion. Her brows furrowing to the middle as she tries to remember the occasion. The first time I laid my eyes on her was one I could never forget. Her tiny figure battling the Behemoth, choosing my sim as her comrade. I was captivated and as much as I tried to fight fate, she was always mine to have.
