Marcus' POV
I woke up slowly with no recognition of my surroundings. My mind was blank and my stomach noticeably empty. Pain spread throughout my abdomen as I tried to sit up.
I heard the water running and came to the conclusion that the shower was running. I wasn't alone but considering I wasn't restrained or anything I wasn't particularly worried.
That and there were a pair of lace underwear on the floor in the corner so I knew it was a woman.
I sat up more slowly and peeled the bandage off of me slowly to check the wound. Stabbed twice? How great. The stitches were straight and the bandage was clean. I put it back on carefully only looking up when I heard the shower stop and heard a soft hum.
I was only in the pair of black jeans that I recognized being the one I wore when I walked into that bar. I remember drinking, and after that everything goes blank again.
The bathroom door opened and the girl walked out, too distracted on her phone to realize I was up.
"Who are you?" Her head snapped towards me as and her wet brown hair stuck to her cheek.
"The girl who saved your life. Who the hell are you because you owe me a new carpet and interior for my car" She snapped.
Feisty....
"What happened to me?"
"You pissed off some bikers and they jumped you. Stabbed you twice. I found you in the alley and was going to call an ambulance but you told me not too because your sister would kill you." She talked quickly as she dried her head with a towel.
"Oh and if your sister's name is Fallon, she has been calling you non stop. I took the liberty to do you a favor and text her that you needed time to yourself. Glad you didn't die because that would've been hard to explain." She snorted and held the small pink towel around her tightly.
"Close your eyes won't you?" I casually covered my eyes with my hand to give her the privacy to change.
"What's your name?" I asked.
"Cal"
"Full name?"
"Calla Francesca Reid."
"Read like read a book?" I heard her curse at me under her breath.
"Reid like Spencer Reid."
"Like who?" Confusion plagued me.
"You're useless. R-E-I-D." She spelt out for me and I nodded my head.
"What's your name?" She asked in return.
"Do you want to guess?"
"You looke like a Jason....no wait, a Mason. Or maybe a Leo, or Tanner." I heard her footsteps move around the room until she told me I could look now.
