Mondaymorning Eves Mom,aunt Jackie, fetched me since ahes driving Eve to school. "Good morning aunt Jackie," I greeted and hugged Eve. I gor in the backseat and aunt Jackie drove us. "Goid morning Lia. How are you?"she asked. "Fine thank you and yourself?" I asked. "No complaints. Matt was supposed to be with us but as soon as I said you an Eve will be with he called his friend to fetch him," aunt Jackie said. Rwally? Is he that mad at me? We were supposed to speak yesterday but I got home late from Eves and fell asleep when I got home. Sunday I slept in and watched movies whole day. I hadnt checked my phone yet.

"Oh," was all I could say. Eve just gave me a look. "So Eve tells me you two are planning a busy holiday," aunt Jackie said. "Yeah," I said. "Well here you go guys," she said as we stopped in front of the school gates. "I'll be working late tonight Eve so I left some money with Matt to buy take out for tonight," aunt Jackie said. "Okay Mom," Eve  said and kissed her mom goodbye. "Thanks aunt Jackie," I said and got out. Eve and I watched her mom drive off before heading into the school.

"I could ask my mom if you can have supper at our place if you like?" I suggested. "Matt and I?" Eve asked lifting an eyebrow. "Yeah sure," I shrugged. "Cool," she perked up again. "I'll call my mom after school," I said. "Lets go,"  she said, hooked her arm in mine and walked to class.

As we got closer to class we noticed Lyles grouo standing in front of the door. The place where I usually sit before school starts. I'd swear they only there to spite me. "We could sit elsewhere," Eve said. "No its okay," I said. "You sure?"she asked. "Yeah," I said and sat on a bench in front of the class. "Hey Lia. Eve," Robyn greeted us. Eve and I just looked at her. Amazed that she greeted us but was even stunned to know sh knew our names. "Hi," Eve  and I said in unison and looked away again. This time I actually checked my messages to seem busy.

Matt: hey:-) are you busy

Lyle: hi lia. Sure you heard about Robyn and I are dating. Welk its fake. Just letting you know.

Jodie: hey. Hows things? I know you will probably only read this tomorrow but just wanted you to know that I asked Isobel out:-P

"You gotta be kidding me," I said and showed  Lyles message to Eve. "Why would he tell you that?" Eve asked in a whisper. I just shrugged and both of us looked at them again. It looked real but then again he pretended to like me. "Oh and Jodie finally asked Isobel out," I said. "Whose Isobel?" She asked. "The girl he hung out with at his party," I explained. "Oh. I thought they were dating already. They make such a cute couple," she said. "Hes finally dating," I said. "We should invite her over in the holidays," Eve said.

"I guess but whos to say that they dont already ha e plans," I said. "Yeah they might have their own arrangements," she said and wiggled her eyebrows meaning one thing. "Ewwwww. Please! I dont want to think about my cousin doing the nasty," I said and pulled a disgusted face. Eve ans I burst out with laughter.

"So Lia Im throwing a party this weekend. You should come," Ribyn said. "Excuse me?" I asked again in case I heard wrong. "Im having a party at my place. You and your friends should come," she repeated. "Thanks for the invite but I we'll pass," I said. "No problem. The invite is still open in case you change your mind," she said and the bell rang.

Homeclass is first for 30 minutes. Mr. A does the usual routine and in steps a student I have never seen before. He looked quite familiar. "Ah Mr Micheals. Good you arrived," Mr A said. Another new student and at the end if the third term? That makes no sense. The boy ha short blondish hair and was freakishly tall. Robyn stared at hik all goggled eye.

"Class this is Jordon Micheals. Hes a transfer student from Portlands high. He'll be joining us this year and make him feel welcome. I'd appreciate it if Amelia and Eve could show him the ropes," Mr A said.
