Not an Emergency, Is It?

"So who did you put down as your emergency contact then Deeks." Kensi asked Deeks his first day back at work after being shot.

"Hetty." he said dumping his stuff on his desk. " i mean it seems logical, i'm not going anywhere anytime soon."

"Makes sense."

"Speaking of emergency contacts who's yours Kensilina."

"Same as you. Hetty."

"What about you Sam."

"Michelle, obviously. I also know for a fact that I am G's emergency contact."

"Well duh." Callen said strutting into the bullpen. Followed by Eric his hair was sticking up at all angles and he was bouncing on the balls of his feet twiddling his thumbs. Nell went straight up to OPS trying to smooth down her also messy hair.

"Well I mean I'm all you got." Sam said smirking.

"Thats not true" Callen protested.

"Oh really?" Same asked sounding sceptical. "Who else you got, G. Hetty?"

"Yeah. I got Hetty." Callen said.

Deeks walked over to Kensi and whispered in her ear. "I wonder who Beale's emergency contact is, i mean he never talks about his family."

"Well ask." Kensi said pushing Deeks in Eric's general direction.

"So, Beale" Deeks said putting an arm round his shoulders. "who's your emergency contact." He expected him to say his mother or Hetty or something.

"My girlfriend." Eric stated confidently. He could tell them he was in a relationship they would never guess in a million years who his girlfriend actually was.

Deeks jaw hit the floor he had no idea what to say. "G-G-Girlfriend?" He spluttered

"Yeah." Eric said playing it of like it was nothing.

"And who might that be?" Kensi asked butting in so Deeks could get over himself.

"Thats none of your business, Kensi." he said backing out of the bullpen walking straight into Callen.

"Whats going on, why does Eric look like he is about to be tackled by a grizzley bear."

"Because he is." Deeks said finding his voice.

"Eric won't tell us who his girlfriend is." Kensi said taking a step closer to Eric

"Oh really. I hold him still you take his phone." Callen said.

"WAIT, NO" but before Eric could get away Callen had his hands held behind his back and Kensi took his phone from his pocket.

"Damn its password protected." Kensi groaned.

"Did you expect anything less its Beale." Sam said. "I bet you ten bucks i can guess his password." same said taking the phi e from Kensi.

"Your on." Kensi said watching Sam as he unlocked the phone in a meer 5 seconds.

"Damn." Kensi exclaimed handing Sam a ten dollar note.

Kensi took the phone back and started scrolling through his contacts.

"Found it." she said pressing the contact marked 'teddy bear'. The phone started to tone, a woman picked up but the reception was crackling, so it was hard to tell who it was. Kensi put it on speaker.

"Hey, babe. whats up." the voice said.

"Teddy bear." Eric cried struggling against Callens arms. "Put the phone down, hang up."

"Why" she asked sounding slightly concerned.

"It doesn't matter. Just hang up." Eric had freed one arm and was reaching for the phone in Kensi's hand. "Rockstar please."

They froze. Deeks got it first there was only one person that he knew of that Eric called 'Rockstar'.

"NELL!!!" Deeks exclaimed.

"Wait, Deeks. Whats going on." Nell said. She hung up and they heard small footsteps coming down the stairs.

"Callen let go of him." Nell commanded storming towards them. Callen released him and Eric grabbed his phone from Kensi and shoved it deep into his pocket.

Nell just stood there arms crossed a deadly glare on her face that could rival Hetty's. "We're screwed." Callen half-whispered to Sam.

"Damn right your screwed, what do you think you were doing." Eric slipped his hand without anyone seeing round Nell's waist.

"Wait so your Eric's girlfriend." Kensi asked.

"Yes anyone got a problem with that." Nell asked irritated.

"I don't believe we need to say. If you hurt her we will snap your neck and cur you up into little pieces." Sam warned going to back to his work.

"Message received." Eric said saluting Sam.

Maybe everything would be simpler from now on but Eric doubted it.
