Nell bends over to pick up a pencil off the floor and the back of her blouse rides up. They get the flash of a tattoo. She stands back up straight and doesn't notice everybody else's facial expressions, not until she turns round to face them.
"What." She asks looking at them her head cocked to one side a sweet smile gracing her lips.
"Your tattoo!" Deeks said looking shocked.
"Yes what about it."
"What is it." Deeks asked drooling slightly earning a slap to the arm from Kensi. "Ow".
"A name." Nell said vaguely.
"Who's name." Deeks barely noticing Eric standing behind Nell blushing all the way to his ears.
"That's personal." she said waving away the subject with her hand, going to grab her tablet.
"Oh, come on tell us." This time Kensi pleading.
"My boyfriends name." if it was possible Eric went a shade darker of scarlet.
"Ohhh, must be serious if you are gonna have his name imprinted on your back forever.!" Deeks said emphasising the word forever.
"It's henna."
"No it's not." Deeks and Kensi said together indignantly.
"It is, Eric got one too." Nell blurted waiting to gage their reactions.
"You two...." Deeks pointed to the techies.
"..got tattoo's together" Kensi finished looking.....truthfully. Gobsmacked.
"Yeah." Eric said leaning his arm on Nell's shoulder. "It was the rookie here's first time." Eric said jutting her jaw with his fist and Nell lightly blushed.
"Speaking of first times..." Deeks said Kensi clamping her hand over his mouth.
"Enough talking Casanova." Kensi warns dragging him out of Ops.
Nell smiles quietly to herself as she thinks of the picture of their tattoo on the wall of the parlour.
Her and Eric hip to hip. Lifting up the back of their tops.
Together We Are One, - Eric's back.
Together We Are Whole. - Nell's back.
