"Callen getting at tattoo is a bad idea, ask anyone" Callen and Sam were still arguing as they walked into OPS.
"Fine I will" he turned to Nell. "Should I get a tattoo"
"Well, your not really a tat person are you Callen"
"See G I told you and she has a IQ higher than both of ours combined"
"So, you four are all tat people" Callen asked.
"Yeah" Deeks answered
"Five" Kensi said
"What?" Deeks asked.
"Five people we forgot about Nell"
"Wait, hold the phone Nell has a tat" Deek's practically drooled.
"I do" she said flatly
"Where" Deeks asked, Kensi jabbed him in the ribs. "ogh, what was that for"
"Being an idiot, so briefing?" She asked trying to change the subject for Nell's sake who was blushing scarlet all over her face.

1 hour later
Eric and Nell are all alone in OPS, Eric had only one thing on his mind what was so embarrassing about her tattoo that she hadn't answered Deek's question.
"So your tattoo" He said easing into the conversation.
"Leave it out Eric"
"Just tell me, not were it is, I don't care but what it is" Nell turned to him her face crimson.
"Ok, but you have to promise Beale that you won't tell the others"
"I promise" he drew a cross over his heart.
Nell leant over slightly and pulled up the hem of her dress, almost to a point of inappropriateness. A red dragon was tattooed across her inner and outer thigh, spitting fire down her leg. "it's embarrassing"
"No, it's cool and how did Kensi know about it" Eric smiled at her. Nell went a pale pink colour.
" I got it done for my last birthday, Kensi went with me, she paid kinda my birthday present from her, to go with my other ones"
"Wait, what other ones" Nell lifted her blouse sleeve up and Eric saw the D&D symbol tattooed there.
"Also very cool" She turned round and lifted up the back of her blouse to reveal calligrifised words 'I am smarter, I am stronger'
"Beautiful!"
"What did you say Eric"
"Um, nothing" a blush creeped up his face.
"So what about your tattoos that one on your arm can't be the only one"
