Nell's New Shirt

#Nell's POV#

I woke up late. I had been on vacation for the past month. Hetty thought it would be a good idea to send me and Eric on a team building exercise in Hawaii. Unfortunately our luggage had got lost and we had only received it, when we found it in the lost and found it all mixed up.

I turned over and looked at my clock 7:25. Shit!!!

I ran out the door ten minutes later. Grabbing my bag and coat on my way out.

Later in OPS

I ran into OPS my heart pounding. Everyone turned to face me. Deek's mouth dropped open, he was kinda drooling and it made me feel uncomfortable.

"Deeks what are you staring at" I asked

"Your shirt" he stumbled

"What about my shirt" I was wearing it over a rather tight tank top. Not my usual choice of attire.

"It's big" I had to admit it was kinda like a dress on me but I liked it that way.

"Yeah so" Deek's gave me a 'How thick are you kinda face' and turned to Kensi for assistance.

"What my horny ass partner here was trying to say is.."

"Hey, Nell is that one of my shirts" I spun round to find Eric standing in the entrance to OPS. He was holding his tablet. A small smirk on his lips.

"I don't know maybe" I clutched the sides of the shirt feeling super uncomfortable.

"#Awkward" Eric said still smirking.

"#Shut up Beale"

"You can keep it if you want"

"Eric I said shut up" I snapped.

"Miss Jones as much as I am sure you want this debacle sorted and over with, may i enquire as to why you are late" Hetty said appearing out of nowhere and making Eric jump.

"I overslept, you know jet lag"

"Didn't you have your alarm set, cos you always set it for 5:30"

"I did I must have not heard it" Eric I saw was about to fall into a deep deep hole and I was trying my hardest to pull him away from the edge.

"Are you sure that thing is really loud"

"How would you know that Eric" Deek's asked his smile wide and bright.

"Well she brought it to Hawaii with us" he said matter of factly.

"So you two shared a room did you"

"Yeah but it was um....it wasn't like that. the room had separate double beds"

"Not that we used the second one anyway" I said under my breath. Hawaii got really cold during the night and the Hotel had no central heating I thought back to our first night.

We lay in our separate beds, my toes were slowly going numb with cold. Eric was already asleep but he was shivering and crinkling his nose. Obviously aware of the temperature.

"Eric, Eric......Eric are you awake" I whispered.

He he shifted in his sleep. I reached my hand out from under the duvet, it was ice cold and tapped him on the nose"

"Eric are you awake"

"I am now, what's wrong Nellster"

"I'm really cold"
